Got scammed by them, not paying out. I had the audacity to complain.. They now stopped me from entering new activities.

I did an offer where i bought something in a game, but no credits were received. Google play declined my refund request so I went to fyber about it, which they told me i was ineligible because I had downloaded the game before (which I had no recollection of ever doing). So now I'm stuck here with 23 dollars lost to this terrible customer support

Few weeks ago I completed an offer but didn't receive the credits! I only received part of the credits but in the last 2 points with more credits didn't receive any. I reported this matter on the same day I completed it, their answer: "You have to wait more to see if you will receive your credits or not". I send proofs and explained everything, their ultimate response: "Our partner couldn't validate you completed the offer in the determined time". The worst part is that is not the first time this has happened to me... what a disappointment.

The experience overall is frustrating and unreliable. I've been part of 5 of their promotions in exchange for tokens in TopEleven, and I've ALWAYS had to complain to have a chance to receive my reward... I'm still waiting after days, to have any news about three of them. I feel scammed. Very disappointing.

Je n'ai pas reçu des token nécessaire sur le jeu top Eleven.. j'ai contacté à de multiples reprises le support sans réponse... c'est une honte 🤬

They don’t honour their offers on more than half the times I’ve tried and when you contact their support you don’t receive anything back for around a month at which point they ask for unobtainable information.. dishonest company I would recommend you avoid!

Hours completing tasks and at the end no rewards. Pages full of ads, untrusted apps and they don’t give rewards. Reported the problem with proof screenshots and they said I installed the app from playstore or other task company. Don’t trust them!

1 star because there is no ZERO stars. Stay away!!! The biggest scammers I’ve ever seen!!! Thieves!!! I play Top Eleven (Nordeus) and have completed many offers that were never rewarded. Worst customer service, with the worst lame executes. I don’t know how they are still operating under the nose of the authorities. They should be in prison!!!

I have completed many offers from this company, around half of them I get the reward.
And do not try to contact their customer service, it will take ages and no actual content. They will have (as far as I know) human responds saying that you might not have done what's required. They might have the audacity to ask if you have actually done the offer. Even though I gave screenshots of my completion they still refuse it.
Right now I have waited for HALF A YEAR for a propper respond...

Estoy muy molesta. Hace ya casi uno o dos meses yo inicié una oferta con ellos, era para la app Lezhin. Si yo me registraba e iniciaba un plan en otra app ellos me iban a dar mis monedas. OH, pero NUNCA me dieron NADA. Les hice mi queja a las pocas horas, y estos irreverendos me respondieron 2-3 semanas después. Me pidieron que les explicara mi caso, lo hice y ellos dijeron que pronto iban a responder. Nuevamente estos ridículos se demoraron siglos en redponderme un "Adjunta los screenshots del correo que te llegó con la confirmación de que hice el registro de la otra app", lo hice también y un siglo después estos huevones me dicen que les gustaría ayudarme pero no entienden qué es lo que quiero. TREMENDOS PAYASOS, como que qué quiero, QUIERO MIS MONEDAS HDP, para qué MRD me piden que les envíe mis pruebas si van a estar peloteándome de un lado a otro.

Necesito que solucionen mi problema por favor.

Hello everyone. I am hoping no one will ever become a victim with their scam. I have completed several offers from them, some of it went well BUT there are offers that really cost me more than the reward from the offers that gave reward combined. I have spent around $700 in which they didn't give out the reward. Please don't fall for their offers as you might probably just lose money. I have reached out to them but their customer service is the worse! They will point finger with other customer support and never resolve the issue you are encountering.

If I could give it minus 4 I would. I sent them many emails because I didn't get my rewards. I sent one email to them on September 23rd and they responded on October 2nd. They responded once the offer had expired. I wasn't rewarded. They are scammers. I have many more emails they haven't replied to. At this point, If I do a offer and I don't get my credits, I won't bother emailing them. They do not care about there customers at all. Nor will they find the time to help you. It's ridiculous.

Bei einer anderen App (GC) ist Fyber ein Provider von Aufgaben und Belohnungen. Habe mehrere Aufgaben absolviert und nie etwas bekommen.

They do not honor offers at all.. they owe my almost 46,000 coins on tagged like what the heck!!.. wasted my time all for nothing..SHUT THEM DOWN.. THAT'S MY GOAL and tagged should NOT allow them to use their platform 😠

Kleine Belohnung werden noch bestätigt, danach kommt nichts mehr. Dazu eine menge an Scam Games die nur darauf ausgelegt sind im Minutentakt Werbeeinnahmen durch Videos zu generieren, auch hier sind Belohnungen zum Teil gar nicht erreichbar, da Trophys etc einfach zurückgesetzt werden. Werde ich nie wieder nutzen, einfach nur eine ekelhafte Praxis...

Null Punkte eigentlich warte trotz mehrmaligen Beweisen auf meine Belohnungen von ca 700 Token für erledigt Aufgaben trotz.auch dads App angeschrieben hab. Eine Frechheit das dies noch Existiert und keine Belohnung für erfüllte Aufgaben entlohnt .

Msn müsste euch lt. Anwalt in einer Petition verklagen ,so dass ihr nicht noch mehr Kunden erst kurz entlohnt dann wenn höhere Auszahlung nix mehr kommt von euch und das schon zum 2ten Mal mit mir und hebt Beweise schön auf vllt reagieren sie ja mal auf unsere Mails

C'est vraiment une arnaque on regarde un max de pubs et au final on a pas de récompenses, ils inventent toute sortes d'excuses, passez votre chemin c'est une perte de temps. J'ai joué à plus de 10 jeux pour les récompenses et au final juste la récompense d'un jeu et à coup de bâton pour l'avoir.

Realice una oferta directa desde el muro de ofertas en Lezhin Comics en la cual debía invertir en una suscripción pero al realizar los pasos no fui recompensada. Ya envie los respectivos screenshot al correo automático como prueba.
