Scammers, Tapjoy got shut down because they did this garbage of misleading customers, and so should Fyber

I made the offer of a game and never received my reward, I sent two messages with my report, they never responded alone, more than a month ago the offer appears to me as rejected when they never attended my case, I even invested to finish the game, but they never gave me an answer to my mission or my reward, my case number is (2457060)

He realizado varias misiones y no obtengo mis recompensas, había hecho varios reportes y siempre cerraban mi caso sin darme una respuesta certera y yo lo dejaba pasar. Hice una misión en la cual me tocaba hacer un pago para poder obtener la recompensa y para mi sorpresa realizo el pago y no me dan la recompensa. Envié mis screenshots de la compra pero aun así no obtenga respuesta.

He reportado más de 10 ofertas! Nunca responden, solo son mensajes de bots, cierran el caso y encima te piden que califiques la atención que recibiste. O te escriben diciendo que no tienen noticias de ti... después de mandar las evidencias, y correos tras correos. Muchas ofertas aparecen en caducadas cuando se las completa y solo 1 de cada 10 ofertas funciona correctamente.

Realice la misión completa pero sale como rechazada por lo que no me dieron recompensa, metí aclaración pero desde pues del primer correo y que mandara la evidencia no volvieron a contestar.

Ha pasado más de un mes desde que reporte y mandé evidencia de haber completado una misión por la cual no me dieron mis créditos y hasta ahora no he recibido una respuesta ni una solución.

They need to be sued, there's no way this should be allowed in 2022. I just went through a whole process with my bank and alto due to the fact that fyber was making fake offers with unaffiliated companies. Also the fyber support closed my support request without answering. all i got was an email saying "auto resolved, we have not heard from you". I sent them all the proof of completed offer for no reason.

About a two weeks ago I did this mission in the second zone of lezhin US "game point bingo" , but at the end I did not receive my reward. I contacted custommer suport and gave my complaint about it leaving proof but I never saw any answer. I would like you to help me because I completed the mission in time and form, and I put a lot of effort into it.

Years ago, it was s good offerwall now they don't reply to emails and barely credit for any offers,it took me 3 weeks to complete an offer, sent proof and I just got ignored. Completly disappointed.

totally scam, at first 1year/2year ago it was fine i got my reward but recently it didnt pay even simple task like download and open bee tryin change to new phone change network but still didnt pay anymore

Disappointed with games working with this company. It has no regards for the customers and gamers if any platform. Fyber doesn’t even have the decency of hiring an actual customer support team with a number to help. They just sent an automatic response pretending like they will assist you then after that you’re completely ignored. Now on some occasions if you just completed donations or BUY products yes you will be rewarded, but if you by any chance play, install, or purchase through any game in App Store or Google Play store you can kiss any rewards Goodbye. You can send proof, email them day in day out, even have the advisers VERIFY that you completed task and still nada. Fyber is the worst when it comes to playing games for rewards so don’t WASTE YOUR TIME downloading a game for a reward. It simply won’t happen. And if you aren’t rewarded right way don’t even think about contacting Fyber you will quickly be let down.

Garbage. Pay out rewards at first then they stop. Respond with same email every time until they simply stop responding. Game companies that work with these guys really need to stop working with them. This company is dishonest, ignorant and a downright con. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ich habe mit dem Fyber Support geschrieben und nach der 1. E-Mail von Fyber, haben sie nicht mehr geantwortet. Selbst wenn ich ein neues Support-Ticket geöffnet habe.

Jeux complété avec succès mais pas de tokens reçu car soi disant il y a un temps mais rien n'était précise sur l'offre juste atteindre le niveau 16 sur le yahtzee. Identifiant : 2342613354. On renvoi un mail avec la preuve mais aucune réponse. Non cela ne sert a rien de répondre !!!

Horrible company. I have been stupid enough to try several of their offers, and every time I get ripped off. The customer service is awful, and they won't help at all. If you are hoping to save money on your phone bill, use someone else. Fyber is the only one I have had problems receiving points from.. extremely disappointed.
