On arrival at Furniture Village, your staff member the gentleman I dealt with, was very helpful and polite and he helped me with my purchase. I would recommend Furniture Village.

From when we first entered the staff gave us time to look without jumping on us for a sale, once they saw we were interested came over and spent time with us exploring options. We felt under no pressure, and at ease. Jason was lovely throughout our experience, even when we left taking with us the dimensions of the furniture so that we could go home and do a measure up to ensure what we wanted would fit. Went back the next day and again Jason went through everything, and we bought the items.

I had to contact the customer service department today regarding a small repair to my new footstool, I was spoken to with great courtesy and respect and my query was dealt with in good time.
The agent "Billy" was very professional and dealt with it without any problems.
Very pleased with the service so far.

We ordered this corner seating at the end of January at it arrived with scratches on it. The delivery person took a photo and said we could get a replacement. We are in October and still no replacement yet we continue pay for it. I want Furniture Village to get their sofas out of my home and give us our money back, but we only get messages from the finance company saying to wait 15 weeks! I would never recommend buying anything from Furniture Village again as the aftercare experience has been horrendous. I have to cover the scratches from visitors which defeats the object of buying a new sofa suite. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I bought the Hong Kong 4 Door Hinged Wardrobe with 2 Glass Doors and 2 Mirror Doors from Furniture Village. There was an issue immediately after their team assembled and installed it.

I have spent a year chasing customer service to get this resolved. Every time I contact them, they ask for more photos and videos, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed. I have also visited the store multiple times, with no resolution.

It is unacceptable that a customer has to spend a year chasing a repair for a problem that was there from installation.

This has been one of my worst customer service experiences. I am extremely disappointed with Furniture Village’s after-sales support.

We had such a fantastic experience with Amed at Furniture Village, Staples Corner, and ended up buying a lovely two-seater sofa.

Amed was incredibly welcoming, patient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has a brilliant sense of humour and made the whole experience relaxed, easy and genuinely enjoyable. There was never any pressure or feeling that we were being rushed into making a decision.
