Furniture Village - Northampton Arvostelua 

Spent significant time looking at different suppliers, and chose FV based on product spec and sale. When spending £1500 on a product with big signs about sale savings, incredibly disappointing to be charged a hidden £100 delivery fee. We went ahead with the purchase, but left the store completely disappointed with the experience. Will never look at FV again in future.

Always find staff knowledgeable. My only slight criticism is I had to find a member of staff and that was because they were busy with other customers.

Firstly the bed looks awesome, tried it in the shop, seemed really comfortable, delivered exactly when stated, the delivery men were really pleasant, polite and very friendly, also very respectful to us and our home, first class.

The salesman made our experience perfect. We met Terry 2 weeks ago he wasnt pushy and was happy to go over each sofa, we had 4 we couldn't decide which one to buy. Spoke to Terry today, 25th Feb 2026, he actually remembered us. He was obviously pleased when I said we wanted to place an order.

Nice shopping experience, not rushed. The salesman gave friendly advice but no pressure sale. Myself and my girlfriend felt very relaxed, and every step of the process was explained fully.

The assistant was very helpful and able to answer any questions we asked. He gave us the opportunity to choose the items we liked and the demonstrated how the settee reclined. He listened to what we were looking for when purchasing beds and helped us to select what would be ideal for us.

On time delivery. We were kept updated throughout the delivery process. Our home delivery specialists, Richard and Martin, were great. Richard gave us good tips to keep our sofa in tip top shape! Happy customers!

ordered a sofa from this company because i was told that there was only a 2 week lead time and i would recive delivery within that 2 week period. This 2 week promise has now passed and I have had absolutly no contact from them regarding my delivery. I am not at all happy with the service provided. Sofa was ordered on 31st January.

Maurizio was very polite & not at all pushy. He covered every detail of the suite we were interested in. Then as we went to pay he explained very carefully the care package that was available & also the delivery price so we could get a total package deal which is what we decided on. Although it was slightly over our budget , we decided with the extra care package it was worth the extra. I have already recommended you to all my somewhat large family & friends. Very happy with an incredible deal thankyou Maurizio for all your help.

Polite staff who let us browse without trying for the hard sell but were attentive when we needed them. The store had an excellent range of items 👌

We went basically looking for a wardrobe and furniture village was ideal as we’ve brought our sofa from them before. Didn’t know there was an early bird sale, so looking around and finally found what we wanted.
Irina was very helpful and was on hand to what we needed and looking for. Not pushy like other places looking for a sale but she was 100% genuine and professional. Very happy and no complaints from me five star’s for customer service and care. Thank you. 👍🏼👍🏼

We had a terrible experience with furniture village stire in Northampton, at park view .
The wardrobe that we ordered for 2as brought to us incompete. We called after care, and got transferred on call to them, they answered, but said themat Peter will,call us back . Peter has not called us back till date, and whenever we call the store, the phone will ring endlessly and no one is answering.
