Furniture Village - Leeds Arvostelua 

Went to purchase 2 sofas at Furniture Village after trying unsuccessfully àt other retailers. Michael was professional, astute and knowledgeable. Made the sales experience easy and efficient. Let's hope the delivery experience is the same.

I had an amazing experience at Furniture Village and would especially like to thank Zakaria for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable from start to finish.
I purchased the Mariah sofa for my mum, and Zakaria really took the time to help me make the right choice. There was absolutely no pressure, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase and went above and beyond to help.
It’s rare to receive such excellent, personal customer service. Zakaria is a real credit to Furniture Village, and I would highly recommend asking for him if you visit. Thank you again, Zakaria, my mum is delighted with her new sofa!

There’s a lot of choice in this store. Courtney was really helpful and we’ve now narrowed it down to two ranges.

Bought another two rugs from Furniture Village not the cheapest but you pay for quality so they last. All staff very attentive but not following you around. Just a shame you dont have a coffee machine to offer a nice coffee to customers.

Poor service don’t answer the phone or reply back to emails ! They ask you to call back and then they don’t answer the phone or emails ! Tried for 2 days to speak to someone !

Really helpful staff, we was looked after by Mike a very help and wasn’t to pushy, just an ideal sales and product support person.

Trying to speak to someone regarding the order, before the delivery of furniture was a joke. Messages left 4 days on the trot, also had online chat bot chat and they said they had emailed for someone to call …… and still awaiting a callback!!!!
Delivery of furniture was smooth with fabulous delivery guys Jeff and Jordan who assembled, highlighted a fault and were extremely polite and respectful at property. All photos taken and were reporting fault directly.

Kieran, from the Leeds store was superb. He went extra mile to resolve my questions.

Just bought a corner sofa from the Birstall store. Was met with a warm welcome from Richard, he was brilliant made the decision quick and easy.
