Furniture Village - Farnborough Arvostelua

Excellent customer service. Our Sales Consultant, Boroka, at Farnborough was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Happy with the service we received. Trust our mattress with arrive within the given timescale.

A great choice of furniture and accessories.
Sales person was very patient and helpful

Wide range of choice, fair prices and friendly customer service.

We have always found Furniture Village staff to be very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. On the odd occasion where things have't gone quite to plan they have jumped into action and sorted everything out very quickly. Others could learn from them!

Very helpful staff (Boroka Sensei)
Product knowledge was excellent, really helpful in choosing the colour scheme.
Realised we had to stick to a budget and also exact measurements for the bed were considered due to room size

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 members of staff that assisted me were very professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure whatsoever just guidance and requested opinions.

Syan was great. Knows her beds and cheerfully showed us all the options to obtain the best bed for us. Great experience and we're sure we'll be very happy with our purchase.

There were many options and Hakan was well knowledged in all the different sofas and materials.

We had a broken foot on a chair, I thought that I would have to find a replacement on the internet. Local FV took details sent it to customer care and they sourced the part. They phoned when they had the part to say they were sending it. They also sent a few more just in case.

We were looking for a sofa with specific measurements and the staff were wonderfully helpful. We are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this company

Hi, i have a good experience with Kevin the way of explaining for the materials, he is nice and the service was excellent and superb.

Great store, lovely furniture Great helpful staff, no pushing you to buy, take your time advice only if you ask for it we used Kevin and Christopher over 2days and Great salesman, we will only be using Furniture village in future and will recommend

Christopher Duncan was very nice and a good sales man .

Delivered and assembled overall faultless service from start to finish

Really friendly service from Chris as soon as we walked in, no pressure helped us a lot. Really good range on show and variances. Found what we wanted.

Great experience and really went the extra mile to make the delivery process easy and stress free

Tom and Colin were very friendly and polite. Done a wonderful job putting together my new dining table! A very professional service from them both, thanks again!

Shocking company We purchased expensive marble dining table and chairs and after six years the marble has exploded. FV are not willing to deal with the matter, they are truly dispicable company

We were able to look around the store in peace. When we found the furniture of interest we were given good knowledge of the furniture. I was able to mix and match recliner chairs with a sofa and have them all made in the same material. Derek who served us moved a chair from one end of the shop to the sofa of my choice so I could see how they would looked together. The ordering process was made clear. A very good buying experience was had.
