Very help ful

Chris was very helpful and respectful letting us take our time looking and deciding.

Derek was very knowledgeable. Gave the options and let us choose. Very friendly and efficient with no pressure

Called in at Farnborough at 10am and bought a new chair. Excellent in store service from Kevin & lovely Don & mate arrived at 12 noon to deliver. Fantastic service!

The Process that helped us select a product was Excellent, Your operative Morne, was very helpful and Professional throughout our meeting.
The one thing I am disappointed with is my wife and I are left with the issue of disposing of our old bed, we are both in our 80's and heaving it around will not be easy.
other companies that I researched online, did have a bed disposal assistance.
If you had had this extra, I would have given you a 5 star review.

Chris was outstanding person, he helped us with all the inquiries and prices. Even my wife was very particular with her choices and the way she wanted the changes in the interior and the exterior of the wardrobe, Chris was more than patient with my wife and very accommodating. At the end we did purchase one table and 4 chairs and the wardrobe my wife wanted with the exact format and colour and design she wanted. I think Chris is a star. Thank you for all the help and especially the patience and a good customer service, like the old good days.

Welcoming store for the whole family. Our sales consultant, Boroka, was professional, friendly and knowledgable.

A welcoming and hassle free experience whilst looking for a replacement sofa. Chris was informative and helpful throughout the shopping experience.

We were very happy with our experience. Boroka Sebesi gave an excellent service.

Very helpful, had lots of time and knowlege.

From start to finish was so easy.

Great variety of suites available & Chris was very pleasant & helpful, guiding my husband & I through the whole purchasing process.

I would definitely recommend Furniture Warehouse & would definitely use them again.

Perfect, professional service, Boroka explain everything clearly, very nice professional person.
Highly recommend

Excellent welcome - nice lamps display - bought one - went in to buy a mattress but understand they do not provide a service to collect the old one - no good for me

Excellent choice of sofas. Boroka was brilliant at helping us find the right sofa for us. She was exceptionally patient and not pushy at all. We are very happy with our choice of sofa, thank you .

Greeted at door by Mr Chris Duncan, offered his assistance which we accepted. Discussed mattress requirements and did deal then and there, very smooth transaction.

Very helpful service. Advice and recommendations were welcome.

Hit the nail on the head straight off. Congratulations to Hakan.

We recently purchased a sofa, coffee table, lamp table, floor lamp, and carpet from Furniture Village Farnborough, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

From our very first visit, we received excellent support and advice from the entire team. A special thank you to the Store Manager, Sima, who was always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

We visited the showroom several times because we were unsure about what would work best for our home. Throughout the process, Chris Duncan was outstanding. He was extremely professional, patient, and supportive, taking the time to listen to our needs and guide us through the options without ever making us feel rushed. His knowledge, advice, and dedication made a huge difference and helped us make the right decisions with confidence.

Chris also arranged a complimentary consultation with the interior designer, Bana, who visited our home. Bana was absolutely amazing—talented, creative, and full of wonderful ideas. Her recommendations helped bring everything together beautifully, and we are so grateful for her expertise.

We received all our furniture last weekend, and everything looks fantastic. The quality is excellent, and we are delighted with our choices.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Furniture Village Farnborough, especially Chris Duncan and Bana, for providing such exceptional customer service. Your professionalism, dedication, and support throughout our journey were truly outstanding. You are both absolute stars, and we are incredibly grateful for all your help.

We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and professional, personalised support.
