Furniture Village - Chelmsford Arvostelua

Tammy was absolutely super! Wonderful customer service, very patient and professional in helping us choose our furniture. Thank you!

Tammy was great and helped out a lot looking forward to getting my new sofa

Very helpful

Fantastic buying experience. Very helpful and informative service from Lee Hodges who went above and beyond expectations.

Kurunaker Rabfineni seemed knowledgeable, unfortunately our first choice of colour was not available, but he explained options regarding headrests etc. Disappointed we could not get lighter colour but not the end if the world.

Salesman Ian was really helpful and patient I had a lot of criteria I wanted to meet for our new dining table and he was helpful but not pushy he had a good knowledge of products available.

Disappointed that I couldn’t buy from the shop at the price displayed.
£545 became £624 after assembly and delivery. This should have been made clear before.

Patricia was very helpful when choosing an expensive item. It was a very smooth buying process. Thank you!!!

Tammy was awesome great customer service!! Thank you.

I was probably one of her most indecisive customers ever, but Caroline was very patient with me, and went over and above to make me feel comfortable, even made me a drink with a cookie. It took me 2 days and 2 visits but decision was made easier by her help and knowledge.

Bought a new set of wardrobes and drawers at the Chelmsford store, Tammy was great, really helpful, great service

Tammy was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product we bought. Made our shop experience all the better.

According to what I ordered and what has been delivered, I don't see any reason why I should complain. They're all great and my lounge is being transformed. I love everything ❤️... there were different staff who delivered my purchase. All of them i give them 10/10. They were professional 👏

Tammy was a pleasure to get to know whilst purchasing our new sofa.
Very informative, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Absolute star, very lucky to have as a valuable member of staff. 🤩

I had a really great experience at Furniture Village. Tammy was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy. She was friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, not pushy at all, which I really appreciated.

She gave me plenty of time to look around and helped me find a sofa that was perfect for us without making me feel pressured into buying anything. I’m really happy with my new sofa and would definitely recommend Furniture Village, especially Tammy, to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

We want to say a big thank you to Matthew and the rest of the staff at the Chelmsford store.

We told him what we were looking for & he pointed out a few options plus some new sofas that had just been delivered.

We managed to find the perfect sofa very quickly and Matthew made the process of choosing everything from materials to colour very easy.

He was very approachable and helpful when needed. Didn't put any pressure of force us into a decision.

Thank you very much!
Sean
