Furniture Village - Chelmsford Arvostelua

Just purchased a sofa dealing with Mat. Very professional and made the process very simple.

Caroline Page…. a very professional member of staff whose customer service was exemplary.

On entering the store Caroline quietly made her presence known before giving time to peruse the store. When we sought advice on products she was knowledgable about the items and accommodating.

After buying numerous items we found something else in the store we wanted and specifically looked for Caroline to serve us again because of our experience of dealing with her previously.

Went into the Chelmsford store for a look around and advice. Really great experience, and would also like to thank Tammy for being so helpful. A real credit to the store.

Tammy was really helpful - she was patient and worked everything out for the sofa that was brought.

Very efficient sales man

Absolutely fantastic service, very friendly and very helpful. Matthew was superb and very accommodating highly recommend his service

Caroline was very helpful gave me all the help l needed a very good experience thank you very much from. Geoff Lloyd

We found the sofas we liked and the ordering process was easy

Ian at the Chelmsford was brilliant really knew his stuff, we chose the tempur mattress and an electric ottoman, using the interest free finance option which was very straightforward. Fast forward 3 weeks and our new bed arrived yesterday, the delivery guys rang just before arriving and were courteous and respected our home. Lovely lads. Beautiful comfy bed, a lot different to our old bed but we'll get used to it. Thank you FV

I was welcomed immediately i entered store by karunaker rangineni who remembered my previous visit. Clearly explained options on sofa I chose and answered my many questions. Offered and made me a coffee and discussed everything privately at table. Great service and felt appreciated as a customer and felt I was listened to before making purchase. All documentation was went through and t and c pointed out. Would recommend this store .

Great staff and very patient due to me being undecided

Tammy was brilliant, so helpful and made it all a breeze. Appreciate the back and forth as we had a bit of colour shenanigans but you helped us through it! Thank you again

The lady who dealt with my wife was so helpful- unfortunately me being a man had no interest i just wanted an easy life

So the lady in the shop went way above to help my wife choose the correct sofas even though i was just wandering around

Tammy was absolutely super! Wonderful customer service, very patient and professional in helping us choose our furniture. Thank you!

Tammy was great and helped out a lot looking forward to getting my new sofa

Very helpful

Fantastic buying experience. Very helpful and informative service from Lee Hodges who went above and beyond expectations.

Kurunaker Rabfineni seemed knowledgeable, unfortunately our first choice of colour was not available, but he explained options regarding headrests etc. Disappointed we could not get lighter colour but not the end if the world.

Salesman Ian was really helpful and patient I had a lot of criteria I wanted to meet for our new dining table and he was helpful but not pushy he had a good knowledge of products available.

Disappointed that I couldn’t buy from the shop at the price displayed.
£545 became £624 after assembly and delivery. This should have been made clear before.
