Furniture Village - Bristol Arvostelua 

When I ordered my bedroom furniture Steve was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had my delivery today and cannot fault the guys who worked so hard in over 30 degrees heat with no complaints.

We were approached by a member of staff when we arrived but, when we said we were just looking, we were not stalked like we have been in other similar stores. When we had been looking at the same item for a while, the staff member returned and asked if we had any questions but we did not feel pressured in any way. He was friendly and helpful and, when we decided we wanted to make a purchase, clearly explained our options and didn't try to sell us any extras we didn't want. Overall it was a great experience, thanks Steve!

Fantastic experience, friendly service

Excellent quality furnitures and customer service.

The gentleman we met in store was really helpful and gave us lots of advice without being pushy. We had already shortlisted a couple of items and needed to choose between them, which he was able to help us do. Delivery was a little slower than he said it would be but that wasn't a problem for us and the people arranging delivery were really friendly and helpful. You initially get a day for delivery and then, the day before, you get a three-hour time slot which is extremely helpful. The delivery itself was seamless. The men arrived on time (we had a 15 minute texted warning of their arrival), they unpacked and assembled the items, checked that we were happy and then left. All very good.

James wa really helpful knew what we wanted as we had visited previously. Everything well explained and quickly processed.

Very relaxed atmosphere within a very spacious welcoming store. The salesman,James Bailey made us feel extremely at home and put us under no pressure at all.

So had this sofa a year had 1 technician out 'wear and tear'. Had another technician out about 2 months ago and I've heard absolutely nothing. So I've now got a 5 grand Vino 3 piece - 2 2 seaters and a 3 which I'm embarrassed about. I feel I have to make excuses for it. DO NOT GET MATERIAL SOFAS FROM HERE. I have a video of my sofa, not sure how to attach, but happy to share

The entire experience was to the standard which we have come to expect as the norm from FV.
However, given both my wife and I have disabilities, David & Pete our delivery crew went the extra mile in relocating our old furniture to a safe spot until it can be collected.

My delivery arrived on time. The two drivers Kyle and Matt were both friendly and helpful. Really happy with my new Sofa's!
