Ordered the sonoma corner sofa in midnight blue. Within 2 days I received a call from Billy to inform me the order has been received and delivery is being arranged. I notified Billy that my property is on the second floor with no lift access. Billy noted this and informed me that wouldn't be a problem and that the delivery team will be able to get the sofa in the property and assemble it. On the day of delivery, I was notified upon arrival of delivery team. Very professional gentlemen who unboxed carefully, assembled the sofa in no time and also took the packaging. They even advised me how to rotate the sofa if I ever wanted to change the sofa and also advised on products that will help maintain the look and feel of the sofa. I would highly recommend the furniture outlet and will definitely purchase from them in future.

Order two bedroom side draws. Easy to assemble. Great service as always from furniture outlet. Warm friendly service. Even helped with slight issue with one our two recliner sofas were bought from them little while ago.

Absolutely abysmal service start to finish. Picked some furniture, as we were moving gave them the new address and everything was authorised and paid for. Gave them 3 weeks notice of our moving date. Got to our new home, no furniture!!!! Rang them, Absolutely ridiculous woman answered, couldn't tell me anything. Apparently once the furniture is picked up by a 3rd party transport company, no one is allowed contact with them so you're basically sitting waiting, not knowing where your furniture is or when it might be coming. They take the money quick enough but the communication and delivery system is well and truly diabolical. After chasing the store for over 2/3 weeks, still got no answer. Get a text, 1 SOFA coming on one day, maybe both but then a text saying both sofas coming on different days!!!! How mad is that!!!! But the best bit is they turned up with the wrong legs we ordered for them and my poor husband had to ring them yet again, and was told they could send them out in 2 to 3 weeks. So guess what we had to drive a 5 hour round trip just to get the bloody legs for our furniture. Think long and hard before going to these places. The stress levels caused were certainly not advertised on their website!!!!

We had a great experience purchasing our chairs. The staff member Mohammed who helped us was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated their excellent customer service and would happily recommend them to others.

Poor service. Not a good customer service outlet. Still waiting for my order s. I would not be recommending them to anyone

Really lovely experience with Caino and Darren. They were both incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful throughout, without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured into buying a sofa. They gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision while still being available to answer any questions I had. It was refreshing to have such a relaxed and genuine shopping experience. Thank you both for making the whole process so enjoyable! Looking forward to receiving my sofa.

Great customer service by Simon, we were greeted when entering the store.
When making a decision over different types of beds we were given helpful information by Simon on what type of bed would fit the area we had available.
Would recommend this store to family and friends.

We purchased a two seater sofa yesterday and had a wonderful experience thanks to Jason, our sales representative. From the moment we walked in, Jason was incredibly friendly, patient, and informative. What stood out most was that he wasn't pushy at all—he genuinely allowed us the time and space to go home and think about whether we wanted to move forward with the purchase.

When we returned and decided to buy, Jason worked hard to secure us a great deal. Even better, he and his colleague managed to arrange delivery for the very next morning! The level of service and efficiency was remarkable.

We highly recommend this store and specifically ask for Jason if you want a stress-free, pleasant shopping experience.

I have bought from this outlet several times. I recently refurbished my cabin and bought a rug, settees, a chair, several tables and side tables. The products were excellent value, and the staff were extremely helpful. They let me try combinations in the store and advised me on my selection. Clare was especially helpful, as I carried items around the store to try different set-ups before deciding what looked best. They have a handy home delivery service, too. I thoroughly recommend them.

We were welcomed by Marisa shortly after having a look around the store at the sofa’s, there was no pushy sales at all as the prices are very competitive.
There was a good selection of sofa’s for us to browse, sit on and get a real feel of comfort and style.
We asked Marisa for her advice on fabric availability for the style we liked and she was very advisable, also explained to us about the Premier Care and what good value it was.
We was left alone to decide with no pressure at all, we was made to feel at ease and decided with the budget we had to make a purchase.
The ordering and delivery arrangements were easy, quick and everything was explained to us clearly again without pressure. We decided to add on the furniture protection to have peace of mind for any spillages and repairs that may be needed.
Delivery was arranged at a small cost and we had are sofa’s delivered with care just 6 days later.
The guys who delivered were respectful of our property and very friendly.
I’d like to say that we had an excellent experience with Marisa, her colleagues in store and the delivery guys. Thank you again and I’m sure we’ll be visiting again soon.

Very good service, the sales person was professional and very helpful.

All staff at Furniture Outlet were extremely helpful and informative and very friendly.
Special mention has to go to Kara though. She was personable, helpful, and extremely patient. The poor woman stayed 15 minutes after closing to help us finish our finance application and purchase and didn't once make us feel bad!

I really want to let you know what great staff you have in the Leigh on sea branch especially one lovely compassionate lady called Charlotte.
After recently losing our dad unexpectedly my mum was left on her own in Spain she has since moved back to the UK and needed to furnish her new home, with the help of your staff she will soon have some beautiful furniture again, Charlotte has been so attentive and empathetic with my mum even giving her a little ginger cake made by another wonderful staff member, when she was feeling a little wobbly last week.
You guys must be amazing bosses to have such wonderful loyal staff who work for you.
Well done to you and thank you for looking after my mum.

I saw an advert for the Colchester branch on facebook so thought we would check it out driving 1.5 hrs to get there.
LOVED the warehouse when we arrived, full of increidbly happy, friendly staff who didn't push a sale.
Seems to be family run, and the NICEST people.
Sofa now arrived and INCREDIBLY happy with the service, great communication from the store, great communication from the delivery guys and quick and helpful installation.
Sofa came super quickly.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We visited the Wickford branch, all the staff greeted us with a polite hello and didn't pester us one bit.
When we had picked the furniture we liked we asked for there advice and Gemma and Ricky were very helpful .

great service by Mohamed, well explained everything, nice salesmanship

Went at the desk to ask for help , 5 people behind the counter and they completely ignored me and my husband. We kept waiting until we had to go to someone on the shop floor to ask regarding deliveries. Felt very unwelcome.

Sofa, dining table and dining chairs purchased, we had a small hiccup with two of the chairs and dining table base were damaged (it happens) but this was sorted quickly and replacements provided. All items are of excellent quality. Staff were great in the store, via email and over the telephone. Delivery was made on both occasions on time, items placed in the rooms where the furniture was to be sited. Called 15 minutes before delivery. Drivers were respectful and careful.

Paul was extremely helpful. Always find the staff at wickford friendly & heplful.

Paul was amazing, we were so indecisive of what sofa to get, he told us pros and cons, really helped us to decide. The collection was free and easy, staff willing to help loading the van. Helpful with collection dates. Definitely buy here again .
