Great service and prices. Couldn’t be happier with my new sofa and chair. Delivery and assembly were excellent.

Great prices and an excellent range tk choose from. Have shopped here twice. In person and online. Recommended.

I received my new sofa last Saturday and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, it’s very comfortable, and it looks even better in person than I expected. The whole experience, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality sofa. Thank you for the excellent service!

Excellent customer service from Jack Paul Ricky Joey, truely professional they were so helpful throughout.

After visiting all the local furniture stores we could not find what we were looking for. we decided to go to the Wickford branch to view their stock .we were allowed to view unhindered by sales people unlike other stores . We found just the right suite for us . The Manager Paul answered all our questions without any problem. We decided to buy the suite which was within our budget. Paul explained about delivery which was only one weeks wait. I would like to thank Paul and his team for the very professional way he handled our order . We will definitely be going back next time we need any home or garden furniture

Had the absolutely best experience here shopping for our dream sofa. Andrea the store manager was so helpful and made the experience so enjoyable. She was knowledgable and lovely to chat to. So happy with our purchase, thank you Andrea!

Andrea was such a lovely lady with top-notch customer service here in Charlton. I am happy with her service

He has a good product knowledge

Excellent service

Wow what a beautiful store such a wide range of beds sofas cabinets wardrobes and various other furniture goods. We went in to buy a chest of drawers and options for collection or delivery was on offer including delivery but we bought to collect one week from today.

Upon browsing the chest of drawers we came across Andrea (Store Manager) who was friendly, approachable, attentive and very efficient. Andrea gave us the options for how we want to take our chest of drawers advised that taking it as a collection is a better option so we took that.

As experiences go being a store customer and being on the working side too, I can only say it was delightful and refreshing to see not just a store assistant but a “Manager” attend so warmly to our needs that made the shopping experience that much more satisfying.

It’s Managers like this that should be role models to other managers in all stores across the board and would give a positive shopping experience for everyone the same way. Unfortunately that isn’t the case with most stores, but with Furniture Outlet we were privileaged and humbled but having Andrea as our go to for making a decision on buying our chest of drawers.

We truly value your time and efforts today and you are an asset to your company and to any company you ever work in..We shall look forward to meeting again and collecting our item next week..You’re the best Andrea!

A special thank you to Zoe at the till for doing such a wonderful job in serving us and taking payment and thank you to the rest of the team at Furniture Outlet for being so available.

Cain was very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend furniture outlet!

The Furniture Outlet has become our 'go to' store anytime we need something for the house, since moving to London.

There is always a great choice of quality and stylish furniture and the staff couldn't be more helpful, especially Amma who is always happy to provide advice and guidance to my VERY picky partner!

We will definitely be back!

Amie was great

Ama and Abu were exceptional today. Kind friendly and patient. That’s what we call customer service. 😉

I had a fantastic experience and wanted to specifically thank Kerry for the outstanding service provided. From the moment I arrived, Kerry was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was purchasing a dining table, chairs, and mattresses, and Kerry took the time to guide me through the different options, explaining the features and benefits of each product to help me make the right choice.

What really stood out was their dedication to customer service. Even after the official 6pm closing time, Kerry remained patient and willing to help. At no point did they seem eager to leave or make me feel like I was keeping them late. Instead, they stayed calm. I am completely satisfied with my purchases.

Kerry’s knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. Their friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference to my shopping experience.

Thank you, Kerry, for your exceptional service. I would highly recommend both Kerry and the business to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer care.

Skye was very knowledgeable about all of the products we enquired about very professional and happy to help . Also huge thanks to Darren the new manager who helped out with what could have been a huge problem . Would recommend
