Strap destroyed due to no answer
My watch got stuck at customs as customs wanted a CITES document related to the crocodile leather. Both on EMail and on the chat on the website I did not get an answer. In the meantime the strap was destroyed by customs which is very unfortunate. The logistic company wrote me they were surprised that such a CITES Document was not included in the package.

Quality was decent but how it was deliverd was not good
My wacht de 3 side buttens are not really working i needed to change the day and moth by my hour dial it took 5 hours in total and the dials are not really timed properly i fixed it bye going to a watch shop nearby

Today september 28th I received my watch ; chrono generations in green . The watch does not function , probably due to low battery. The date is on the 14th. This is not what I expected. I have to go to a local jewelry shop to change the battery "ON A NEW WATCH " A very sad day

Ik hou van de groene wijzerplaat van mijn nieuwe Fromanteel-horloge. De details zijn uitzonderlijk, en het past perfect. Het leren bandje voelt zacht maar duurzaam, wat dit het perfecte horloge maakt voor dagelijks gebruik en speciale gelegenheden.

geen retour/reactie
Erg mooie horloges, maar helaas van matige kwaliteit.
Bestelling deels geannuleerd en deels retour gezonden. Dit is nu twee maanden geleden en is nog steeds niet verwerkt. Sterker nog volgens de trace-and-trace is de retourzending dus twee maanden geleden al afgeleverd bij Fromanteel en men beweert dat de zending nog niet is ontvangen of verwerkt. Op mail wordt ook niet meer gereageerd.
