Je voulais juste acheter un bracelet pour une montre en serie limitée
Le sav m’a balladé pendant plus d'une semaine en commençant par me dire qu’il avait enregistré une commande et me preciser 8 jours plus tard que Fossil etait en rupture sans me communiquer aucune date ni solution alternative malgré plusieurs relances.
Prestation vraiment plus que decevante.Donc à eviter malheureusement

Nonostante le recensioni lette fossero terrificanti ho voluto rischiare e ho ordinato un orologio dal sito on line. Fortunatamente la mia esperienza è stata ottima, il servizio assistenza clienti è stato veramente molto disponibile e rapidissimo nella risoluzione di un piccolo problema legato alla scatola in latta contenente l'orologio. L'orologio è perfettamente corrispondente a quanto ordinato ed è arrivato in tempi brevi, quindi 5 stelle meritate per me!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Apart from the polite start of a sentence, which was clearly written as a template, there was no intention to resolve the issue. I wasted time, effort and frustration on a two month long process without outcome and left with frustration. My feedback was ignored. I was offered a ‘generous’ £39.99 sum (excluding discount) to be used on skates and fossil websites as a resolution. None of the websites offered had any product within or below this price category. And this was a resolution after sending a faulty jewellery item to their repair studio which was clearly faulty and falling apart one month of the purchase… I was told to ‘treat myself up to £39.99 on any product from those websites… while I raised the issue that there not even one product in this price category, it was ignored and standard emails were sent to me to warn me time is up they will take away the ‘offer’ if I don’t use it… absolutely shocking customer service. To have an acceptable alternative item I would have ended up paying twice the cost of the item I liked and they couldn’t repair. Do not spend your money on these products. It’s cheaply made without after care. Yet the cost is far from cheap for something this shockingly poor quality.

CATASTROPHIQUE !!! Alors montre reçue dans les temps ça rien a dire. Suivi de colis parfait. Mais…! Bien sûr il y a un mais … J’ai reçu la montre qu’il fallait MAIS avec la mauvaise gravure. Je les appellent pour leur dire. Au telephone me propose plusieurs choix. Je veux renvoyer l’article (à leur frais, il me dit bien sûr c’est notre bêtise) et exige le renvoie à de la même montre avec la bonne gravure. Et la par mail il me dit qu’ils faut que je renvoie à mes frais puisqu’il n’arrive pas à créer l’étiquette de renvoie mais que je serais remboursé…. J’y crois moyen !!!! Fuyez !!!

On ne peut passer de.commander sur le site. Très embêtant

Service client inexistant. Mon collier a cassé même pas au bout d'un an. Je fais une demande de réparation envoi à mes frais le collier et depuis plus d'un mois aucune nouvelle !!! Je relance partout : site internet, instagram, rien ! Aucune réponse.
A fuir car c'est pas la 1ère fois que la qualité n'est pas au rdv !!

Fossil is not the reputable brand they want us to believe they are. Appalling company. I bought a watch for my son's 18th, thinking a Fossil watch would last give the price and so called reputation, I also had it engraved. My son loved it! It however stopped ticking after 3 months. We took it in thinking it was just the battery but the Fossil shop confirmed it was broken. After pushing and pushing, refusing to accept a repaired item after only 3 months Fossil agreed to a replacement..in writing. The email said it would be sent in 2 to 3 days, 10 days late, nothing. I called and the agent said the watch was in stock and would definitely be sent in 2 to 3 days time this time. Two days later I get an email from Fossil asking again for details about my issue with the watch. I referred them back to their chain of emails. Get an email back saying they in fact don't have that watch in stock any longer and are goint to revert back to a repair of the broken watch. Hell no I said, replacementof equal value or refund, which to me is the next reasonable step given the circumstances. Got on the phone. Threw a tantrum. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor was not available, however I was guaranteed a phone call from the supervisor the next day. Needless to say, I did not get that phone call and yet to hear what the resolution is going to be. I have never dealt with a company that does not stick to its commitments, especially when it is in writing. Absolutely pathetic. Will never be buying a Fossil product again regardless of how this goes.

Ich habe meine Uhr eingeschickt, weil diese nach knapp einem Jahr bis zu 20 Minuten innerhalb von 24h nachging. Nach knapp 2 Wochen habe ich diese zurück erhalten, absolut nutzlos, weil der Minutenzeiger lose ist. Auf meine Anfrage beim Support bekam ich keine Antwort. 1 Stern ist hier noch massiv überbewertet!

Bei Armbändern und Ketten fallen die Steine immer wieder ohne Grund heraus. Der Schmuck verliert dadurch schöne Optik.
Zudem schlechter Kundenservice.

I treated myself and bought a Diesel watch, which should be quality watch, it was ok, but after some time condensation started to get inside of the watch and after a year i was not able to see what time it is because of the condensation. I sent it back for a warranty repair as it does state that watch should be able to withstand 5 atmosphere pressure and should be able to withstand up 100meters deep water (even thou I am not a diver). I was charged 70% of the new watch value. Absolute disgrace for the customer from this bloody company, customer service rubbish, watch quality rubbish, overcharging customer. Never going to buy anything that would be made by fossil group

Je suis extrêmement déçue de la marque FOSSIL.
C’est la troisième fois que je dois rapporter ma montre en réparation : deux fois sous garantie, et cette troisième fois avec un devis payant totalement abusif. Le montant demandé représente près de 60 % du prix d’achat de la montre.

Aucun geste commercial, aucune considération pour le client. Pour une marque qui se dit de qualité et de réputation, je déplore non seulement la mauvaise fiabilité de leurs produits, mais aussi une politique commerciale qui décourage totalement la fidélité.

Résultat : un service hors de prix, une montre peu fiable, et un service client inexistant.
Bref, à fuir.

Ein Produkt von Fossil sollte gut überlegt sein. Solltest du dich für eine Batterie betriebene Uhr entscheiden möchtest, bedenke ein Batterie wechsel darf nur für 26 Euro zuzüglich Versandkosten über Fossil direkt erfolgen, ansonsten erlischt die Garantie.

Pas de facture d’achat , la couronne de la montre a disparue après l’avoir porté 2 ou 3 fois… piètre qualité , S.a.v qui me dit que cette pièce n’est garantie que 6 mois et non 2 ans comme indiqué dans les conditions de garantie! À fuir

Zunächst bekam ich ein Reparatur Angebot und sollte die Uhr an den Service senden. Dann zahlte ich über PayPal.
Tage später bekam ich mein Geld zurück und eine Mitteilung von einem Bot namens Anna, dass der Service meine Uhr nicht reparieren kann mit einem unseriösen Kaufangebot für eine neue Uhr.
Nie wieder, ich habe mit dem Fossil-Service Lebenszeit, Nerven und das Porto für den Versand verloren

Lederqualität schlecht, reist schnell aber kostet dafür Unmengen an Geld. Wenn man den Kundenservice versucht zu erreichen, wird überhaupt nicht auf das geschriebene eingegangen sondern sofort ein riesiger eingefügter Text zugeschickt. Auf Fragen wird ebenfalls nicht eingegangen und Wartezeiten sind ebenfalls unglaublich lang. Wenn der Service keine lust mehr auf einen hat, wird plötzlich ohne weiteres der Chat gesperrt und man kann das ganze Gespräch nochmal mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter führen. Für dieses unmenschliche Verhalten würde ich am liebsten 0 Sterne geben.

fehlerhaftes produkt gekauft, mehrmals auf eigene kosten reparaturen bezahlen müssen, rückfrage bei fossil, ob eine weitere reparatur kostenlos durch fossil erfolgen könnte - antwort: nein, das machen wir nicht! uhr dementsprechend weggeschmissen. FOSSIL: minderwertige produkte zu überhöhten preisen und keine kundenorientierung, kein service, einfach nichts

We purchased a watch for our son. Though it did arrive in the stated time, it was not the one he wanted. We returned the said item but the acknowledgement and subsequent contact after was very poor. We had to chase the refund and the first point of contact was handled like the staff was reading off a script.
No attempt was made to resolve the issue before contacting customer complaints.
Not sure if I would use this company again.
