Fantastic service

I had the pleasure of dealing with Steven Nurse from Evans Halshaw in Ashton.
He explained everything to me and went through every little detail from start to finish. He was not the usual pushy sales person that just wants a sale. He was genuine and did not rush you at all. I would definitely go back. Thanks Steven 10 out of 10

The lady I spoke to that helped me with…

The lady I spoke to that helped me with my insurance was so lovely and helpful. Me being a female who’s only just got her license and first time for everything asking such questions; the woman wasn’t judgmental but helped me very much answering anything I had asked. Would definitely recommend due to having such a good experience!

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. All requests met in a timely manner. Nothing too much trouble. Will be happy to recommend Ford to others. Very happy customers.

Cancellation Fees After 3 Years

Was with Ford Insure for 3 years for my new car and renewed each year despite there being cheaper options. I then sold my car and needed to cancel the policy, to which i was then stung with £100 charge. Understandable in the first year, but not third. Never had this issue before , but wouldn’t recommend.
