Absolutely no customer loyalty

Absolutely no customer loyalty, the best offer they could give me was an extra £50 per month on my policy, their excuse was repair costs go up, despite me being the one who pays for the repairs, so it literally makes no sense.

We do our utmost to ensure that our rates are fair and reasonable for all customers. Our assessment of the rate to charge for any customer is based on our experience of claims for comparable policyholders, there are over 40 different factors that are taken into consideration when calculating your renewal premium.

Ford/Admiral - a good team for Ford car insurance..

Easy enough website to use. And I'm 82!! Occasional glitch when I had to retrace my steps but end result ok. Fair price (for this country!!) When I insure my second Ford in a few weeks time it should be better again.
There are cheaper companies but I'm a Ford man and some relatively unknown insurers left me a little bit suspicious of what I would be getting for the lower price if it came to a claim( which luckily I've never had to do!!)

BEST PRICE FOR ME

SOLD MY DEISEL AUDI Q7 AND BOUGHT A FORD EXPLORER ELECTRIC CAR. THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR ELECTRIC CAR INSURANCE BUT SAVED OVER £1000 ON LAST YEARS PRICE

Buying a new car

I have to say I did not have a great experience last time When I brought my car but this time around. Daniel helped me all the way through and did not mind how many questions I asked, and when I collected the car he didn’t just give me the keys and say here you go he explained all the things that the car can do. Can’t fault him at all.
