Price raised did not make things better, driver service going down hill, missing items caused by the driver, lost track of order.

Bad CS, refused to refund due to my recent complaints of several orders. Totally ridiculous arrangement. Why don't you just block my account straight away foodpanda Hong Kong?

I ordered some food near my office, and I specified the food to arrive at 12:55pm, as that's around the time I will have my lunch break. Then this delivery staff came MUCH EARLIER at 12:40!!

Then she called me once, and I didn't manage to get my phone in time coz I was working. Then I called her back in 1-2 minute. She scolded me for wasting her time, and kept going until I couldn't take it.

I tried contacting the customer services, and they said they will ban me from using payment by cash (since I requested to pay by cash), and cut me off from contacting them again...

Screw them, coz I will never order from foodpanda again

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced...to the point I feel CHEATED! I have deleted my account and am loving the service, quality and offers from the other delivery services in HK. Good Bye RUDEPANDA!

Foodpanda’s customer service system is the worst that I have ever experienced. If you want to check your order or launch a complaint, you can’t find anyone to talk to, they keep beating around the bush thru a chat box which never answers your questions straight…They have a different rep answering your email every time and they don’t look back the previous chat history, and just give you pointless answers… I’m so disappointed and will never use it again.

The inventory shown for the Marks & Spencer online store is so fraudulent as to be near criminal. This is the second time in weeks our order has been short-circuited within minutes by suddenly claiming the main items ordered are sold out, even though they had appeared on the app mere minutes before. Of course you have the standard disclaimer we cannot cancel because the order was already being prepared. By doing what? Chucking items out of the bag? What is the point of ordering if you don't stock the inventory and don't have the decency and courtesy to tell your customers that? We won't allow ourselves to be hostage to the whims of your Queens Road East store and whatever they deign to deliver that day.

But it's okay, because you will never see us ordering from Marks & Spencer again and we will encourage ALL of our friends to avoid doing so. Only Gen Z is stupid enough to accept this manner of doing business and think they received a service in return.

The food always comes late. Very bad customer support.

Ordered food from Foodpanda during my mandatory hotel quarantine. Food item was missed from the order and the customer service refused to replace or refund part of the order as "this is not within terms and conditions". I have checked the T&Cs and there is nowhere mentioning this. This is completey a fraud.

This sounds ridiculous. I have been using Deliveroo/UberEats/JustEats in the UK and the customer service has always been great. As a customer, we are in a passive position as we can only rely on the restaurant to provide the correct order and food panda to handle any problems or concerns.

What if next time only 1 food item has arrived but the rest has gone missing? I am sure foodpanda will be pulling that 'i dont care' face to you and get your money straight away. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this company. Will switch to deliveroo instead.

I felt totally ripped off by this channel. I only just arrived in Hong Kong and thought I would order some sushi. When I checked the company website against the Food Panda website after I placed my order, my sushi platter was HKD 100 more expensive plus the delivery charge , it is HK$ 135 more. This is such a rip off. Never again.

They almost NEVER deliver on time and the food is often cold by the time it is received. I still used their pickup service as it was convenient. But their delivery service and customer service is the worse! I had an order go missing and the customer service rep just wanted to cancel your order without any explanation. After promising they would get back to me to let me know what happened I got nothing. When asked for redelivery it wasn't done and I had to contact them AGAIN to finally get a refund. The second customer service rep was clearly impatient and had a poor attitude. There are so many other food delivery platforms available you really don't need to use this one.

9/10 orders are horribly late, cold, missing items or incorrect. Customer service is basically non existent and I’m sure it is a chat bot as it is below a human level of intelligence. They won’t refund wrong orders and issue pathetic vouchers at less than the value of your order. Just go with another delivery company or order directly from restaurants

Same old responses. Agents inferring experiences will be better in the future. The riders need to check receipts on collection and bring all items then it would be a decent service.

Absolutely useless, next to nothing is available because its "too far" when restaurants literally about a kilometre away are unavailable and everything that there is is not even 100 meters away. Like ffs if I wanted something close I'd f***ing walk. completely f'ing useless like the whole purpose is that you can get delivery and they cant even go a 5 minute journey away. absolute dogsh*t

Does not deliver to Park Island Ma Wan despite being easily accessible by road. Any delivery that blatantly disregards 15,600 potential customers is not worth paying attention to.

This is the worst customer service experience ever. No way to contact support via email or phone. The instant chat function never answers questions in any real way. Just keep telling you to refer to the restaurant portal. If I could solve my problem there, I wouldn't be trying to chat with them! Can I give zero stars? If you can't talk to customers, then you shouldn't be selling a product at all! This is totally unacceptable.

I am sorry for all the people working at Foodpanda, but Foodpanda customer service is truly below par , almost re-tard-ed service if I am to put in words .
Most delivery companies have below average customer service but Food Panda is the worst of them all.

My order was cancelled due to their technology issue, but my credit card was charged two times. I was told that the refund was initiated immediately when the order was cancelled. However after one month I still haven't got the refund! And when I sent email to ask for the status update, they told me the refund is still not initiated! How rediculous!

First time user, order delivery delay for two times, one and a half hour still waiting, no contact points, no cancellations, will never use it again!
