Really disappointed. I ordered at foodpanda domino's pizza for my kids, they cancelled my order without any call, contact and mentioned reason that unable to find. I didn't receive my refund amount. I contacted help center and they said you should contact domino's. I called domino's restaurant they said foodpanda will refund the amount, they are not responsible. He said you placed order at foodpanda thats why refund will be paid by foodpanda and he confirmed that due to heavy rain and food unavailability they couldn't manage the orders and they cancelled. I contacted again food panda and now its been 6 daya they are saying your case is with concerned team and they are working on your case. Today I contacted again at food panda help center and agent said that due to mentioned reason they cannot refund. This is the customer service of foodpanda which I am facing since last 6 days, No one contacted me for delivery, domino's itself confirmed that order was cancelled but food panda is not willing to refund my amount. Really disappointed, pethatic services, I was a regular customer but after that I changed my mind I'll never ever use their services, nor recommend any one. They are cheating
The FoodPanda platform is appalling
This platform is appalling. I just cancelled my PandaPro subscription. The company clearly doesn’t have sufficient riders. I put my order in for food at 4.49PM. I paid extra for “Priority Delivery” as well. An hour later, the app is telling me that delivery will be another “30-45 mins” and this is after it kept changing the expected delivery time. The platform is also dishonest as it tries to blame the restaurant instead of the fact that it doesn’t have sufficient riders. I ordered from Sin Hoi Sai and have ordered plenty of times from this restaurant via Grab and it’s always fast! I tried to get assistance but was not able to get any help at all. It even told me that there were too many enquiries and told me to go back for help in 10 minutes. Suffice it to say - I never got any help. 90 minutes after my order, the platform is now telling me that it’ll be another “20-30 minutes”. I want my money back including the recent auto renewal of my PandaPro subscription.

Another frustrating experience with Foodpanda, except this time it wasn’t the platform, it was the delivery rider. Couldn’t speak basic English, couldn’t get a short message across, and then had the nerve to yell at me and say I was wasting his time.
Foodpanda, please vet riders for basic communication skills (specifically in English), before sending them out, and train anyone who can’t handle simple customer interactions. The reason why your rating is so low on here is because of experiences like this.

I would like to share a concern regarding the logistics arrangement for my recent orders with foodpanda.
For the past three consecutive days, the food deliveries to my home have been assigned to delivery partners who were walking on foot. The restaurants I ordered from are not particularly near my residence, and it would take at least 15 minutes or more to walk from the merchant to my place.
While I appreciate the effort of the delivery partners, I honestly feel concerned that they are being assigned deliveries that require such a long walking distance. Some of the delivery partners appear to be older individuals, and it seems unfair for them to have to walk such a distance while carrying multiple food orders.
From a customer’s perspective, this also affects the quality of the food upon arrival. In Singapore, many of the food items are packed in plastic bags without proper thermal insulation, and by the time the food reaches me after a long walk, it is often no longer warm.
As someone who lives alone and relies on food delivery quite frequently (especially since Deliveroo has ceased operations in Singapore), I hope the Foodpanda logistics team can review how delivery assignments are being allocated. If the logistics operations are managed regionally or internationally, I hope greater consideration can be given to distance, delivery method, and rider welfare when assigning orders.
Food delivery services play an important role for customers like myself, and I hope foodpanda can improve this aspect to ensure both better food quality for customers and fairer conditions for delivery partners.
Opportunity for improvement on customer service
I ordered groceries from PandaMart, but the main items in my order were cancelled while the rest of the order still proceeded. There was an option to replace items, but no clear option to cancel the entire order. The app provides inaccurate stock information, which is misleading. Customer service was unhelpful and kept directing me in circles without resolving the issue. Instead of addressing the root cause by ensuring merchants update their inventory accurately, they attributed it to system limitations. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Delayed followed by cancellation!!
Order was submitted around 1230pm for a delivery scheduled for 0630pm.
At 7pm, foodpanda app showed that order was delayed. At 730pm, it was cancelled by foodpanda citing difficulties in fulfulling its orders.
This is not acceptable and this is not a dependable arrangement especially for a family with kids waiting to eat. There is no customer service to enquire with.
Fake promotions to clear stock
Pandamart promotions are just a scam to make you clear their stock for them and waste your money. Even support doesn't bother to help you, all they do is waste 15 minutes of your time by telling you to give them 2-3 minutes every 2-3 minutes until their timer runs out!
Shameless behavior. They promoted a free cereal bowl with the purchase of 2x 450g boxes of cereal and don't deliver. The promotion itself is set as an item that users can cart and check out. Let it be known that the promotion item price is set to $999.99. Customer support mentions not having the items checked out therefore they will not do anything about it.

Ordered from a restaurant- the driver forgot the biggest part of my order. Actually we only got a small box with sauce and some pasta - an order of 11 items ended up being two items. Had chat with foodpanda - refund policy will only give me 50% money back. Was also in contact with the restaurant who verify that only a little part of the food was picked up. They even tried to get in touch with foodpanda. I am so amazed that this can be an option service when they treat their customers this way.

Gift Card Balance Unusable, Support Non-Existent
I rarely write app reviews, but this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve had with any app.
I purchased a S$30 Foodpanda gift card via ShopBack, redeemed it successfully, and the app shows “Gift Card Balance: S$30.00” — yet the balance is completely unusable. PandaPay stays at S$0.00. The Gift Card Balance is supposed to be automatically added to PandaPay. And even if it's not supposed to be added, AT LEAST allow me to USE the GIFT CARD balance? But there is simply no OPTION to do so. Even when I asked other questions, they simply replied the same thing, till the point i'm QUESTIONING whether their LIVE AGENT is even human anymore, it's probably just an AI.
I contacted two live agents. One ended the chat while I was following instructions. The other gave generic replies, and solved nothing. They just kept giving me replies to say that they will "contact the relevant team", but when I asked whether they will get back to me, they just said "they will contact the relevant team and improve their services." But what's the point of contacting the relevant team, if they are not planning to solve the issue and get back to me???
I have also reinstalled the app multiple times, tried different devices, waited days, and followed every troubleshooting step.
I have now followed up THREE times via email and contact forms, and the only responses I’ve received are automated replies. No human support. No ownership. No resolution.
This is a paid digital product that simply cannot be used, and Foodpanda has shown zero accountability. After years of using this app, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform.
Avoid gift cards on Foodpanda unless you’re prepared to lose your money.

My experience with Foodpanda today was honestly unbelievable in the worst way. I accidentally placed a pick-up order at the wrong location and reached out to support within 5 seconds, basically the moment I realized it. You would think helping with something that immediate would be simple. But no.
I was assisted by Crystal, who was one of the most unprofessional and unhelpful agents I’ve ever encountered. She kept sending the same copy-paste responses, as if she wasn’t even reading what I was saying. Instead of actually checking the situation or offering a solution, she repeatedly insisted the order “cannot be cancelled,” even though it had just been placed and the app provided zero option to cancel.
To make things worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, she replied that she is unable to transfer the chat due to system limitations.
Honestly, for a major platform like Foodpanda, that excuse is incredibly disappointing. It felt like talking to someone who simply didn’t care at all.
For an issue that could have been resolved in seconds, Foodpanda chose to make it a frustrating experience with no accountability, no flexibility, and no real support. Hugely disappointing.
Bad service...
After more than 30 minutes after I ordered, my order was cancelled. Apparently, I didn't give an appropriate address. But I gave the address of the hotel both when I ordered and in the chat with the délivery guy. This cancellation seems to me totally injustified and, moreover, I won't be refunded!!! I feel that I have been f..ked!!! I will NEVER EVER order again through foodpanda.sg!!!
