Everything else what others already complained about but now I got a new one.

The customer service appealed to my consciousness and said, "if you cancel, you would be responsible for food waste. Think about the many people who have no food." Seriously? How about you are responsible for my time waste?

First, I cancelled my Pro account, now I will delete the complete app.

How a company can destroy itself like this is a mystery to me.

WORST SERVICE, BRING WRONG ORDER AND THEN DO NOT BRING THE CORRECT ORDER AND JUST CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER WAITING MORE THAN 1 HOUR

Order got lost, was called by my security that the food is coming and nothing even arrived.
But nothing wrong with my address because orders can come here.
Just wastes my time confirming delivery and nothing even arrived to need to be refunded remaining hungry and P off.
Cancelled the subscription.

Pizza arrived 1 hour after placinng the order. The food was cold, really cold like it'd been cooked the day before. I've used Food Panda before and the service is consistently bad. Seems hard to believe that anyone would rate higher than 1 star unnless they work for Food Panda. Terrible, terrible service.

I appreciate your delivery service. My co-workers and I always order through you guys when we OT.

I hate food panda -- they are robbers. They accepted the order where clearly my address is written, but the order was not delivered at all. The rider cancelled the order from his side as he could not find the address or not within his zone. If not within your zone - why did you accepted the order ??? I have called immediately the customer support clarifying my address.

The robbery part is that they are not paying my money back !!!!

This is insane !! I shall complain to police or whichever appropriate department is there .

Extremely poor experience - rider not being assigned to pick up. Went to the restaurant to try to pick up (food sitting there for 30 mins already) and was told Foodpanda cancelled the order (Foodpanda said it was changed to self pick up). Lots of back and forth before food being released to me (standing there waiting in front of the food the whole time). Foodpanda wouldn't even refund the delivery fees/markup on delivery menu. Traumatic

Missing items. I wasn’t able to contact foodpanda to resolve this issue. I will contact my credit card company for the refunds

Big order came 30minutes later than expected time. Although it's not the fault of rider but contingency measures need to be put in place to avoid this from happening again.

I had order a meal at 6:30pm and since it was a gloomy wet day, i expected delay of delivery from riders. i had patiently waited for 30-45mins and it led to waiting for 4hrs for a simple meal from Jolibee.

I have contacted the customer service hotline and all they did was to apologized and compensated a $40 voucher for the trouble caused.

I am not a difficult customer not demanding, but please do tell me if im being reasonable here?

The team was not being helpful nor even explained clearly why there was a delay. All they mentioned was due to busy hour. 4 freaking hours, for a meal?

i kept my guard and waited til 11pm just to see where it leads us..

so yeah, i highly don't recommend ordering from FoodPanda, EVER...AGAIN.

PS: this is my very first review on a very disappointing experience from a well known company.

I recently ordered food panda. The food was excellent, and also the driver who delivered the food. He delivered the food RIGHT on time, and it wasn't cold, soggy, or even mashed up. It was one of the best things I ever ate during my quarantine. I REALLY would recommend food panda.

30 min after ordering, prior to arrival, suddenly says the driver called no answer and order was canceled. However, the money was never refunded to us. There is no hotline to reach out and the company never refunded or reached out.

After we have presented the call record as evidence that we have not received any calls at all; they then changed their false accusation from us not answering the call to us intentionally canceling the order. They also ended with a reminder to us to not waste food!!

It is ridiculously unbelievable how terrible their customer service is, I am mind blown!

I ordered food on foodpanda since I couldn't order on deliveroo (since the deliveroo network was busy), and my food was delayed by over a hour. 0/5, I won't even use foodpanda if i was paid

An extremely poor experience : 40 mns delay and totally cold food . I got a ridiculous voucher of HK$ 20 for an order of HK$ 950 .. This shows a very bad sense for customer satisfaction.

Honestly I don't even want to give one star. The delivery person and customer care messed up my order and told me instead that my delivery address was wrong.(which was not obviously) and didn't agree to refund.

I received the wrong item today and Food panda refused to compensate me for this. I told them to either take all the food and give me the full refund or just exchange the wrong item with the right one. And they refused to take any action. Food panda is forcing me to just eat the wrong item. Are they insane??? Food Panda Hong Kong, I haven't even touched the food so take the food and give me the refund. I will never use Food Panda every again. After I sort it out, I am deleting this Food Panda app.

Food panda mart supplied me with expired instant noodles but refused to give me a refund. The company said I did not inform them within 24 hours.

Doesn’t compensate for messed up orders. If there’s an issue with the order they give out 25hkd vouchers only to compensate which I can’t use with my free delivery that I signed up to foodpanda pro for meaning that I’d save more with free delivery rather than their compensation voucher
