Folio London Arvostelua

I had a viewing of a flat with Kornelia who was very helpful from the first moment and very supportive with all the documentation. Appreciate the help for renting a flat. Thank you!

Charlie Morton has made our experience of finding our next home the least stressful experience I’ve ever had.
I’ve worked as a head of lettings before, and I can honestly say that Folio has found a good one with Charlie. He’s professional, responsive, and really informative, as well as taking in to account our needs and circumstances. He’s also managed to provide us a home that suits us and where we don’t have to compromise with our cats, and that is a top quality to have in an agent, so Folio have really hit the mark with this standard of estate agency.
If you ever get the chance to rent through Folio, grab it!
Thanks for all your hard work Charlie!

Charlie from Folio was so helpful in making all arrangements for viewing and also revert back on time for queries. Definitely will recommend for smooth and seamless onboarding to anyone looking out to move to new place.

Service was swift and precise. My Letting Negotiator (Wendy.N) was fantastic and she made this supposed to be stressful process easy and I really appreciate the team effort, thank you folio.

We had a great experience with Jekabs Leitans, the Lettings Negotiator, at Halo Stratford. He was extremely helpful, taking the time to show us around the flats and answer all our questions. What stood out most was his friendly and courteous manner — he clearly cares about his job and takes pride in representing the company well.

We ultimately chose the property not just because of the quality of the apartment, but because of the confidence he inspired in us. His professionalism and genuine approach made us feel that the company values its tenants and takes their needs seriously. Thank you again for your support — it really made a difference.
