Folio London Arvostelua

I have had a positive experience with Folio through the process of viewing, securing and eventually finalising on a flat in London (which I am still in the process of). Francis, in particular, was incredibly helpful as he promptly responded to all queries I had and was available over the phone during the process of signing the draft contract - which was greatly appreciated as someone moving to live in London for the first time. Overall, a positive and reassuring experience thus far.

Great experience with Folio London thanks to Kornelia and Francis, both super helpful and knowledgeable and allowed for a smooth process for renting.

Nabil was great, thank you for your help throughout the process

We have rented with Folio before and never had any issues. This time around the process was smooth and Charlie was helpful and available to answer all our questions. Great work!

I had an amazing experience with Charlie Morton, who helped me every step of the way during my flat viewing and move-in to the property.

From the very first viewing, Charlie was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He was always quick to respond to my calls, emails, and message, no matter the time. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently, making the whole process smooth and stress free.

Charlie truly went above and beyond. You can tell he cares about his new tenants and takes pride in doing his job well. Absolute best man for the job!

Highly recommend working folio, if you want someone reliable, honest, and genuinely support throughout your renting property journey. Thanks again, Charlie!

Spencer from Folio London was absolutely amazing. I was moving from another country Spencer made this move so simple & stressfree. He listened to what I wanted, went above and beyond to help me secure the type of property I required in light speed time. Spencer was professional from start to finish! I’m looking forward to moving into my new place. Thank you again Spencer!

Great letting agents, Charlie Morton was extremely helpful with the process.

Folio was quick for sorting everything out

Kornelia did a fantastic job.

We are very very grateful for Nabil's help with viewing and finalising the contract to rent at one of folio's flats. He was extremely patient, answered all our questions and made the process extremely easy and smooth.

Francis at Folio was fantastic—friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help my partner and me secure our rental. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free!

We had a fantastic experience working with Charlie as our real estate agent via Folio. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and made renting a property smooth and stress-free. Charlie coordinated everything efficiently, kept us informed at every step, and was always available to answer any questions we had. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out. Highly recommend Charlie if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!

Folio is an amazing establishment and the staffs are very knowledgeable friendly and professional too. I met Nabil
Who initially worked with us to find our best home to rent and he was someone who we could trust and rely on. He was there from the beginning until we complete our paperwork for the tenancy and gave a warm handover to his colleague Beverley who is another trusted person we can rely on. She ensured that the property was handed as promised. She even went out of her way to get the furnitures delivered after hours of her work time. Folio is truly an inspiration to many estate agents out there

Every process has been detailed and self explanatory. The Agent has been helpful and communicated well.

Everything made smooth and easy with Francis, got us what we needed with little hassle.

Recently moved to Oakland Rise. Francis was amazing. Everything went so smoothly. Good to have someone so helpful during a move.
