What a big mistake I made by booking my airport car parking with this lot. I didn't even know I had to pay an additional £10 for bus drop-off and pick-up on top of the money I paid to use their parking facilities, which I have never heard of in my life.

I called the parking people directly to get a refund. The guy told me to email the ticket company, then proceeded to put the phone down on me. The Fly Park Compare people are a bunch of cowboys. I have contacted my bank, and the fraud team can only take action once they have received my hard-earned money, but seeing all these bad reviews, I will make sure that they do get severely investigated, as they are all skanky cowboys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!

I haven’t parked here (was browsing for my holiday!) but I’ve just read that there has been a huge fire at this carpark Sapphire Parking destroying 120 cars! No one can get access to their cars…. Sorry to all those involved. After reading all these bad reviews I’m shook! Absolutely awful. Wanted to post incase anyone else tries to book here.

Disgusting service. Late on collection, late picking up. Unkempt staff, rude phone call. About 50 miles of petrol gone? Charged me for them being late, more parking fees. Why was my car at a private address? tracker showed that. So using my car then. Car's settings all changed so I couldn't see how much fuel remaining. Frankly this shower should not be in business. DO NOT USE at your peril.

20 minue wait dropping the car off.
Told to pay an extra £10 for the exit gate.
On collection waited 90 minutes for collection at 0230 am with three children. Told the car would be 30 mins, then 60 mins, then blocked in.
The phone number constantly rings out.
Staff dressed in jeans, rude.
On leaving told the exit gate was paid- it was not another £8 to leave.
No wonder there's 29 NEGATIVE reviews.

If I could leave less then one star I would. It is a awful company. Very late pick up and delivery of car. Staff are rude and lie constantly about how long they will be. They just hang up when you call them. DO NOT USE

We booked our airport parking through this company and the experience we had with the parking company was worse than awful. Flyparkcompare have refused to assist us advising they are only a comparison website. They are happy to recommend the services of sapphireparking but take no responsibility when things go wrong. Both companies should be avoided and I am in the process of reporting to trading standards.

Refused to give refund. After reading the bad reviews I decided not to use them but I paid £103. They refused to refund me.
I booked it only like a few hours prior. They made excuses it's over 72 hours. Which is complete nonsense. I will be challenging this when I return to the UK.
A Complete rubbish experience and I will never ever book this again. I will write negative reviews on other platforms to let them know that there is no refund policy which there is no mention of anywhere.

Does not even deserve 1 star. The image on Google street view of this place put me off completely. !!!

Very unprofessional parking provider. I will be reporting them to the trading standards and will ensure I will leave a bad review/rating everywhere possible. I will describe my booking here in short and you can judge for yourself if you would want to use them. I have booked the parking via flyparkcompare no problem. During the holiday I needed to extend the parking for few days, in the T&Cs it says I would need to pay extra £15 a day which is ok, I have called the parking provider and let them know about it. They have asked for my reg. plate and for dates. Then on the day of my initial parking end I gave them another call just to be sure they know I am coming back later - they didnt know and I had to give my reg plate and dates again. The guy on the phone said I would need to pay £20 extra for every day, I told them that in T&Cs its £15, after they agreed. They said I have to bank transfer the money to some individual bank account and I did. Few days later someone else from other phone number texted me on whatsapp asking when I am coming back - I have repeated again my car reg. plate and dates, they said I need to pay, I told them I paid already and sent a screenshot. Every time I was calling them - they did not pick up from the first try, only from 4 or 5 and when they did - the background noise was like they are on the market or something, I had to repeat most of my info few times. On the day of collecting the car I have called them 30 min before the desired collection time, they again didnt pick up 4 or 5 times. When they picked up they were surprised I am picking up today, had to repeat all my data again and the whole story. Our plane was delayed and instead of 11pm - I have called them 12am - they said I would need to pay extra £20, I told them that it was a plane delay - they said I would still need to pay. I said OK, yes , whatever - just bring me my car, I am tired with kids, bags and stuff. They said they will come 45 min later. They came 1 hr + later, and I had to call them after 45 min passed. The guy who brought the car said I need to pay £20, I told him that in the T&C it says £15 - they said OK and I paid it. I asked for the company details, name and number in Companies house so that I can report them for unprofessional treatment - he said he does not know anything and I should just reach out to their office via email. End of story. It was a good lesson learned for me, will leave my car on an official airport car parking from now on.

It’s a scam
They don’t come and meet you. Ended up paying £250 instead of the £40 I had originally paid to these scammers
Otherwise would have missed my flight. DO NOT USE THEM

Non sense company beware

The worst experience ever. We almost lost our flight.

We were waiting 40’ and no one ever showed.

Do not book them. Do not !

When I collected my car, I noticed that the front seat belt had been damaged/broken. I have attached photographs showing the damage. I contacted you by phone to report the issue and was advised to send an email with photographs. During the phone call, I was also told that the seat belt was already like this when I left the car with you.

I am very concerned by this response, as the seat belt was not damaged when I handed over my vehicle. I would not have knowingly left my car with a broken seat belt, particularly as this is an important safety feature.

Do not use this company, our flight was cancelled and they refusing to give us a refound taking to account we paid an extra £ 2 cancellation fee .

1 star is generous. This is an awful company, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

We called ahead as instructed and were greeted by someone who sounded like they had just woken up. They were rude and told us that the meet-and-greet service we had paid for wasn’t available at that time in the morning. Instead, we were forced to use their car park (which is being generous to call it that).

We then waited over 40 minutes in the dark for the transfer, with our children, before finally being collected. On our return, despite being told someone would be waiting for us, we had to wait another 30 minutes in the car park.

When we got our car back, it was filthy inside, just as other reviewers have described, and it smelled unpleasant. We were never even told which company was supposedly providing the meet-and-greet service.

After complaining immediately about the change to our booking, the company refused to accept any responsibility, saying that because the service had been completed there was nothing they could do.

Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish. If you want your holiday to begin and end without unnecessary stress, I would avoid this company.

dropped car off waited 30 mins for someone to actually arrive, they arrived in a dirty shirt and jeans, asked how long we were staying,demanded £10 extra for the ticket, then drove off in my car.
When we arrived back 7 days later at 2 am we collected our luggage and rang the number, after 6 tries someone actually answered and said they would be 40 mins, we explained we were ready but he literally laughed and said she you in 40 mins before hanging up… we waited an hour in the end, car was filthy covered in crap so who knows where it was parked..DO NOT EVER USE THRSE COWBOYS EVER

This company is to be avoided at all costs!! My car was left open with my key on the front tyre and my son had to wait 4 hrs for his to be dropped off. This is not a legitimate company.......

Horrible! AVOID! Gave us a contact telephone number that did not work. We struggled frantically to contact them and they eventually arrived 2+ hours late. Can you imagine the stress as they delayed us for our Heathrow flight check-in? Then, when we complained, they claimed that they are only a comparison website and that someone else is to blame, except they do not know who that someone else might be!!!! Beyond dodgy

AVOID AVOID AVOID !! This is thé worst customer experience ever. We arrived at 16:13pm and couldn’t get through to the number provided. When we did we were told our car would be delivered in 45 min. After numerous phone calls and the phone being slammed down, our car was delivered at 19:45pm . We were also handed the parking entrance ticket to pay as was apparently not included in the price. I will be reporting them to ASA and West Sussex Trade body and Gatwick. They should not be allowed on the airport premises. There were couples with their young children also waiting up to 3 hours in the car park with no chairs to sit on, no loos etc. It was unbelievable. Another gentleman was there to drop off his vehicle and he waited over an hour and a half for his keys to be picked up. Lucky he was travelling the next day, as another gentleman had the same experience and he almost missed his flight. His family went through security and by the time his keys were picked up he only had an hour to get through security.

I would not recommend FlyPark Compare's meet and greet service at Gatwick South.

On departure, I followed their instructions and called 30 minutes before arriving at the designated drop-off point. Despite this, I was left waiting around 45 minutes after I arrived. There was no apology or explanation for the delay.

When the driver finally arrived, he got out of the car, but unfortunately he spoke very little English and struggled to understand me. He simply asked for my keys and drove away. As I was already running late for check-in, I asked for some paperwork or a receipt for handing over my vehicle. I was given nothing. Handing over your car without any documentation is not a reassuring experience.

Things didn't improve on my return. Due to my flight being cancelled, I called at 8:00 am to ask if I could collect my car earlier than originally booked. I was told it would be ready by 12:00 pm, but once again they failed to deliver on what they promised, and I didn't receive my car until around 12:30 pm.

While 30 minutes may not seem significant on its own, combined with the departure delay, poor communication, lack of documentation, and the overall unprofessional service, it reflects a company that simply doesn't value its customers' time.

Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience. I would never use this service again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable meet and greet parking service at Gatwick.

Terrible. Terrible
Communications, lax staff (no uniforms so clearly dodgy), run by students, long wait times for car drop off and return - seriously would have been cheeper and quicker to use an off site car park with a bus to terminal. Got the car back filthy, fuel mostly used (half a tank gone), stinking of smoke. NEVER USE THESE OPERATORS. Totally unprofessional and hopeless.
