Sharon was very helpful with the entire booking process. I was unable to access my information on the Qatar airlines app. The emails kept going to her. When I phoned her regarding this, she said we should pop in our phone number and this did not work.
She should guide her clients regarding this process as we travel a lot and work with the app.
We had to phone the emergency number and wait over an hour to sort this out. Eventually this was sorted out. This experience was stressful.
There has to be another way for this or she should be knowledgeable enough to have guided me through the process.

My Experience was shocking. They don't care about their clients, and they will do everything to avoid their responsibilities. Refund policies are not upheld, and long wait times and unresponsive behaviour are at the heart of the organisation. Staff are untrained and not interested in assisting clients. I cancelled my booking, and I will not make use of them again as long as I breathe.

Pearl Napo is simply the best travel agent I've ever worked with. She makes every booking effortless, goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth travel experience, and always delivers exceptional service. I trust her completely and wouldn't book with anyone else. Highly recommended!

I honestly can't recommend Nicholas Botha from Flight Centre enough… Everything was taken care of from start to finish and he answered every single tedious question of mine without any hesitation.
