Flight Centre South Africa Arvostelua

Willing to help a little grey headed old lady sort out various flights has helped easy my concerns. Thank you

Since planning a trip for my husband and me in 2020, Charlene has helped me organise two incredible trips for my parents in 2025 and 2026. Her efficiency, patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless from start to finish. The experience was so positive that my parents are already eager to plan another trip with her.

What I am most grateful for, however, is the care and support she showed during one of my parents' trips when I was unable to reach them. Charlene went above and beyond, taking time out of her personal schedule to help me navigate the situation and reassure me that they were safe. Her willingness to help during such a stressful moment is something I never expected, and it meant more to me than words can express.

Charlene, you are truly the best. Thank you for your exceptional service, kindness, and genuine care. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Lizmar vd Mescht at Flight Centre, Mountain Mill Mall, Worcester, for her outstanding service.

This is certainly not the first time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Lizmar, and once again she has exceeded all expectations. She consistently goes the extra mile, thinks ahead, and takes a genuine interest in understanding and meeting her clients' needs.

With our most recent travel arrangements, my disabled son was also part of the travel plans. Lizmar went above and beyond by proactively arranging special meals and the necessary assistance to accommodate his specific needs. Her attention to detail, compassion, and willingness to ensure that every aspect of our journey was taken care of made a tremendous difference to us.

Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Lizmar is a true asset to Flight Centre, and the company is fortunate to have such a dedicated, professional, and caring employee representing its brand.

Thank you, Lizmar, for your continued excellence and commitment to your clients. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed.

Kind regards,

Benitta Swanepoel

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ayanda at Flight Centre Farrarmere for the exceptional service and support she provided when we found ourselves stranded in Georgia (Europe) after our return flight was cancelled due to Qatar Airways being grounded due to the escalating war in the Middle East.
During a very stressful and uncertain situation, Ayanda went above and beyond to assist us. She was professional, compassionate, and worked tirelessly to find alternative travel arrangements and keep us informed every step of the way.
Customer service of this caliber is rare, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Thank You Ayanda.

Tyla reached out after I acted on an online advertisement of a 3-day special offer. She assisted me in a very professional way and concluded the process of securing our holiday. I highly recommend her services.

I am grateful for your speedy work and recovery of my refund. I have received it much quicker than I expected. Well done and thank you so much

Chirese Van Niekerk ensured that our first girls trip was a success, so grateful to her, everything went as smoothly as planned and we can't wait to plan for the second one. It was an amazing experience, would definitely do it with an agent again, no hassle and stress free!

Our trip was amazing all thanx to Chirese Van Niekerk by the Bloemfontein Branch. Every aspect off our trip was planned to perfection aswell as her suggestions. I will never use someone else as this is our 3rd trip with Chirese and all our trips was always amazing with her arranging everything. You get on the flight and everything else from pickups at venues and hotels is done for you including our visas aswell.. Really great experience once again..

My problem resolved without any issue and the service wa so great

Its our first time do a booking and going on a flight and we trust you guys with everything and hope the holiday will be very interesting and adventurous

I’ve dealt with travel agents before but my experience at the Cavendish branch with Mornay Carstens was the best I’ve ever had. He worked tirelessly to find a program to fit my needs as a granny hosting small children for a trip to Mauritius. And at the last minute when I changed hotels he calmly made the necessary adjustments. What a pleasure to meet a young person so dedicated to his profession.

Simone was so lovely …friendly , efficient and professional

I needed to make last minute travel arrangements and need quick service. Anziscke responded almost immediately to my request. Thrity-two minutes after I sent my request to her, my flights were booked, I paid and had my receipt in hand. Makes me wonder why I have never used them before.

Angelique Cronje was an absolute pleasure to deal with, so helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 service!

We just want to express our gratitude to Jaco Van Staden for your exceptional service. From our booking to accommodation and flights you delivered. Thank you!!Thank you!!! Will surely make use of your services for our
next holiday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Till next time..🫡🫡

We have been dealing with Hermarie at Flight Centre Kimberley for many years and her services are outstanding. She is always prepared to walk the extra mile.

Unethical business. We paid upfront for a hire car in France. None of the documentation stated Debit Cards coils not be used. We arrived in France and were denied a vehicle.

We managed to get a vehicle through another provider but Flight Centre would not give us a refund. Their agent Rachel Naidoo was rude and unprofessional.

I attempted legal action but was told ti go through an Ombadsman but my mum took ill and I wasn't able to continue.

I will see if there's a statute of limitation.

From the very first call, it was clear I was in excellent hands. As someone using a travel agent for the first time, I had plenty of questions - and not once did Danielle make me feel like a burden for asking. She jumped on my inquiry immediately, got to work searching flights straight away, and handled all the back and forth with such patience and warmth.

Within 3 hours, my flights and travel insurance was booked without a single hiccup. What could have been an overwhelming process for a first-timer was made completely stress-free by Danielle's friendly, accommodating approach and willingness to help.

If you're new to booking through a travel agent - or even if you're not - I couldnt recommend Danielle more highly. Exceptional service from start to finish!
