I love my fishbox! I eat a lot of fish and fishbox allows me to have fresh quality fish directly to my door every week. I can totally taste the difference from the fish I buy in supermarkets. And all this for a totally fair price. I also love the flexibility and preference choice!

Always a good variety of fish, reasonably priced, delivered fresh and on time, conveniently packed so that it can just be put in the freezer. Love what you are doing and always look forward to my surprise box. I never ate much fish before I found Fishbox because I didn’t know how fresh it would be, this has now changed thanks to you guys. Carry on doing what you are doing. Would highly recommend.

Fishbox produce is great. I always freeze most of the box and it's good to have fish in the freezer all the time. I've had a couple of hiccups with delivery but the response from Scotland is always helpful and the fish always wonderful.

If you love eating fish this is the best way to get ready prepared fresh fish to your door. We can’t wait for our deliveries, we don’t plan what to eat on delivery day until we open the box, it’s like Xmas morning. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Fish is very fresh and you can taste the difference. There's always excitement to see what's in the box. We have fish the day it's delivered and put the rest (which are already vacuum packed) in the freezer.

Love our monthly fish box. Lots of great fish and love the option to buy extra items each month as well to change things up a bit. It always arrived packed well and cold and the fish provided is amazing and good price.

Superb quality fish sent to your door at very reasonable pricing compared toothed online merchants. the concept of not knowing which 3 types of fish are going to be received is fascinating, given you can set up what types you don't want to receive when you join! The further orders for specified fish to add to the delivery box is a great option as is the option to cancel and/or reschedule a delivery at a weeks notice! Overall, the fresh Fish quality wins out!

Fish is fantastically fresh, always delivered on time and contents of the fish box are sufficiently varied to maintain interest.

One of the best decisions we ever made was to have a 4 weekly delivery from Fishbox. Every time the selection is varied and excellent - we love the range of smoked fish. The DPD delivery is also commendable

Receiving the box every month guarantees that we eat more fish/shellfish, and a wider variety of both, than we otherwise would.
Generally, what we receive is much fresher than the fish you'd get from the supermarket. Portion sizes represent reasonable value for money too.
Only two issues to record: 1. on one occasion the delivery was a day late, however the fish survived because of the insulative packaging and chill packs. I imagine this was the fault of the delivery company, but it has only happened once in circa 2 years, so not a big issue. 2. The mussels come from Shetland, which means it takes about a week between picking and delivery (we are in Nottingham). On a couple of occasions (summer) i've had to dispose of significantly more mussels than I've been able to use; even though I used them on the day they were delivered.

Very reliable. The delivery always arrives at the time stated. On a few occasions the box has not been left at our safe place when we weren’t at home. This week we noticed the ice bags were melted which is very unusual. The fish is always very fresh and good.
Communication with fishbox is very good.
