We have been getting a Fishbox delivery for over a year and are really happy with the selection, freshness and service of the company. We have had some very unusual fish and are happy that some of these may have been considered bycatch and discarded if there wasnt this market open for them.

Excellent quality and variety, interesting 'oddities' of fish that are never available in the shops (and always tasty). Easy to add extras. DPD delivery dodgy at times and often a day late but that's normal out here.

Fishbox always provide excellent quality fish at a very fair price. We've been a customer for some years now and have never been disappointed with our delivery. Great customer service too, always prompt responses to any queries. Thank you Fishbox!

I must have used it over a year now, only two bad pieces which are inevitable, and extras put in my next box to compensate - you cant ask for better customer service than that!

2.Excellent communication from Fishbox - always a selection of optional extras; info on delivery; ease of cancellation/postponement when necessary.

I love my monthly fishbox! The fish is packed to ensure total freshness and I have never been disappointed. On one occasion when the courier failed to deliver with the timescale, Fishbox sent a whole new box to ensure that it was fresh. I've tried different fish to what's available in the shop and it is filleted so well that I've even got my husband eating fish, which was a complete no-no as he is terrified he'll get a bone! I haven't encountered a single bone yet. A great variety of different fish and it's all fantastic.

After years of good service, my box arrived a day late with the ice melted, and contents that I was allergic too, having ignored my preferences. I've had no reply to two attempts to contact customer services.
I'm afraid that this company has gone completely downhill. If I don't hear from customer services by the end of the day I will be cancelling my order. A shame, as they were very good in the past and had prompt customer service.

Easy to choose what fish are most likely to be liked/loved. Great being able to try new varieties. Love recipe ideas. Like being offered extras if I want them.
Truly exciting to see what’s inside each delivery!

Fish so fresh it tastes completely, and wonderfully, different from supermarket fare. No requirement to sign up for months, you can cancel if and as you want. But I’ve never wanted to. As a carer and a full time worker it makes my life so much easier to have the means of high quality healthy eating delivered (almost) invariably on time; fish freezes well too. I get one large box delivered each month. There is always an element of happy anticipation as I get what’s been caught and what’s in season in line with my specified preferences. Recipes available if I want them from the website. Sustainable fishing I care about. And great dinners!

The quality and value of the fish is good. Delivery is very reliable and holiday breaks are not an issue. I’m very happy.

Great local selection of both new seafood to try and old favourites; really easy to tailor preferences and pause subscription for holidays. Highly recommend!

I love my fishbox! I eat a lot of fish and fishbox allows me to have fresh quality fish directly to my door every week. I can totally taste the difference from the fish I buy in supermarkets. And all this for a totally fair price. I also love the flexibility and preference choice!

Always a good variety of fish, reasonably priced, delivered fresh and on time, conveniently packed so that it can just be put in the freezer. Love what you are doing and always look forward to my surprise box. I never ate much fish before I found Fishbox because I didn’t know how fresh it would be, this has now changed thanks to you guys. Carry on doing what you are doing. Would highly recommend.
