New house content insurance contract
I started to fill the information online and had a nice phone call with an advisor who helped me to ensure I was selecting the right options. At the end I end up with a cheaper annual premium than my content insurance in France and in HK.

I will not recomend
I will not recomend, they`ve changed the prices of quotes after couple of days, adding add-ons, legal insurance, emergency insurance just to try to rip-off people, also they was asking exit fees ,once I said I want to cancel the policy they ask us to pay £70, and the policy was £25.Thats ridiculous, the only adviser which offer us good services was Evie Giles-Phillips, apart from that other advisers and managers we`ve been in contact they all try ripp me off and adding extracharges even if we dont need their services anymore. They dont offer clarity of services, they lie the customers but using legal way, and also they send me some documents to sign where actually when I read it was APR 30% interest hidden fees on the policy. Please dont apply for insurance with this company.

Your original policy had an annual premium of £263.42. Following inception, you contacted us to discuss cancelling the Direct Debit and paying the remaining balance of £225.79 in full. While a payment arrangement was offered to accommodate your circumstances of being on holiday, we did not receive any further contact or payment and the policy was later cancelled. Following cancellation, a balance of £28.09 remained outstanding. A separate charge was also applied by Premium Credit after the credit agreement remained unsigned despite several reminder emails being issued.
We're pleased to hear that Evie provided a positive experience. When discussing replacement cover, they provided a quotation of £294.10 which included optional Home Emergency and Legal Protection cover, alongside an alternative quotation of £259.93 without Home Emergency cover. These options were discussed to help you compare the available levels of cover and choose the policy most suitable for your needs.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Transparency and clear communication are important to us, and we will take your comments on board.
