Always spoken to a very helpful, informative and friendly team, they take the time to explain what I need and don't push upsells. Haven't needed to make a claim yet but been with them for 6 years and every year they offer very reasonable rates and make it easy to renew or amend policy (including when I needed to remove some additional cover). Recommend!

Mizz was exception is the care and attention he gave me to renew my house insurance. He was very thorough in his explanations and ensured I understood all aspects of the policy and that it fulfilled my requirements. Whilst I chose to increase my insurance cover, the policy was substantially cheaper that the previous year which was an added bonus, particularly during a time when everything seems to be more expensive.
