was not provided the correct information. Other providers prices were inflated to show comparisons.
Documents received to cancel the switch over after the cooling off period. Raised this issue with support as well but no reply

My vouchers expired before I could use…
My vouchers expired before I could use them all. 6 week expiry is not long enough. Should be a 3 month expiry especially when its the summer time and not using as much gas

I had run up a bit of debt I got Laura this time my fave was a Polish girl always helped. But Laura was fantastic and helping me decide on a payment plan with the payment card I have already.
It's always hard to go back to pay and go on a bill metre other countries have remote payments methods for pay and go gas why can't we . Lest I was able to keep the bill paying.
