Been with Firmus 18 months on direct debit paid every single bill accepted every price increase every 3 months and they have the audacity to send me an email complaining about access to my apartment to do a meter reading, despite not ever calling or asking for access before, they send a threatening email demanding I arrange access in the next 10 days like I am to blame for your moronic process mapping. You will have my final reading when I leave to a new provider this week. Clowns.

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the communication you received regarding meter access. We appreciate that the wording may have felt frustrating however, as your supplier, we are required to obtain accurate meter readings and periodically request access where a reading cannot be obtained.
Our Terms and Conditions advise that we will endeavour to read meters at least once a year, that we have a right of access to inspect meters, and that customers must ensure safe and reasonable access can be provided for meter reading purposes. They also explain that where access is not granted, further action may be required to obtain an accurate reading.
We regret that our communication left you feeling disappointed, as this was not our intention. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will ensure your comments are noted.

Very pleased with my call to Firmus this afternoon.
Call answered quickly and I was put through to the appropriate sales team to deal with my inquiry.
Damian in the sales team was very helpful, explaining available tarrifs and discounts. I was confident that terms offered were very competitive and to sign a 12 month contract. Terms agreed were emailed to me very soon after our telephone conversation ended.

Excellent experience. Phoned Firmus for advice on our latest bill. Got a call back in about 10 seconds. Then spoke to Cora who was incredibly helpful and explained things very well.
