Love the packaging / fragrances and the whole approach. Really look forward to every release and see what the team has created.

Like many others, I “won” access for winter fragrance — only to find myself automatically enrolled into the spring list and charged without any prior notification.

The first fragrance itself was good. But enjoying one purchase doesn’t mean I want a subscription, and the subscription model wasn’t clearly communicated at the point of first purchase.

Cancelling the surprise order weeks before shipment apparently isn’t an option with ffern, so I’m now waiting on a parcel I didn’t knowingly order so I can arrange a return — an unnecessary round trip that serves no one. Where ffern could have sent it to someone who actually confirmed they want it, they waste time and money on shipments and returns to people who don’t.

I work in marketing. Dark patterns like this, with vague subscriptions, might drive short-term revenue, but they erode trust and brand equity fast. It’s a shame, because the product quality is clearly there. I won’t be buying again.

I LOVE FFern. Have been with them on the ledger for many, many years and receiving their perfume and candle is the highlight of each season. A beautifully packaged and curated experience and products. Brilliant friendly customer service when I’ve needed it and never had cause to complain as every time they deliver a truly gorgeous perfume and candle. I have soooooo many comments on my perfumes and I love to use different seasons and mix them too. Thank you FFern, keep up the amazing work.

Great company! The quality of the fragrances is second to none. The amount of work and dedication the Ffern team puts into their products is phenomenal. They even put in extra little cute gifts with the package. I love my seasonal scents. They are super unique and work well with my skin chemistry. My favourite so far is Spring 26.
Customer service is among the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

Rather than letting me go without a season's fragrance, the team notified me of a payment issue so that I wouldn't be disappointed. A real person replied to me in a timely manner and I felt taken care of. They even made an exception for me so that I could make a payment after the deadline. If every company cared like this, the world would be an amazing place.

The packaging and product are very unique and lovely. The customer service is considerate and kind. This company is one that I wish to continue to support. I, highly, recommend it to others.

I put my name into the random drawing for their Spring 2026 fragrance (not thinking I was going to get drawn), and I did! I was happy to receive an email notifying me of this, but unfortunately I needed to cancel my order due to budgeting purposes. I emailed the concierge team and got a response back so quickly from a person on their time. The response was personal, customer-centered, and thoughtful. This approach to customer service is becoming less and less common, especially with online companies. I loved to see Ffern is holding true to the small business approach in all things and not just their product. They were able to cancel my order and give me a refund. Whenever I can budget for one of their products I know I will 100% do it with no hesitation!

Another beautiful perfume from Ffern. Fresh and bright, it really captures the hope of Spring emerging. Also the box containing all the gorgeous extras makes receiving the fragrance a really special experience.

I have beena ledger member from the beginning and have enjoyed every single bottle and the tastefully added offerings. I have NEVER had an issue with customer service nor with skipping a season if that was what I wished to do. Ffern perfume is beautiful, from how it is made, the natural unique, seasonal ingredients and especially the gorgeous presentation/packaging that it comes in with some little extras. Customer service is also very prompt and helpful. Thankyou, I love my mini perfume bottle :)

I’ve been getting perfume from Ffern for about a year now and I love how every season the scent they create in unique. I have ADHD and sensory issues so I can’t use the same scent for extended periods of time but with their perfume, you never get the same scent twice and it makes me really excited when the next one comes in.

I’m incredibly picky when it comes to scents and purfumes in general, and ever since my long-time favourite was discontinued five-six years ago, I’ve struggled to find anything I truly love. But this Spring fragrance is absolutely stunning. I honestly can’t believe how perfect it is.

And who ever works in their marketing, I have to say- your presentation and overall brand experience are second to none. You all blow me away every time I get my package. Every detail is just beautiful.

Ffern is not only a clean fragrance brand but the entire experience of unboxing, learning, smelling, and lingering is an absolute joy. I look forward to it every season. The attention to detail, the stories, the commitment to purity, the art, the love that goes into every season is bar none.

Firstly the perfumes are lovely. I have never found such interesting, nuanced and delicate perfumes in any other product. You can genuinely smell it develop. Never sickly like some modern perfumes. Some are more to my taste than others but I have never felt the need to send one back. They arrive beautifully packaged without damaging the environment and are a joy to unpack. The latest Spring one is long lasting, light and cheerful, a much needed thing in this awful world. Receiving and smelling this has actually lifted my spirits.

I really enjoyed waiting for the next scent that was connected to the seasons, it felt very beautiful and a real treat. The fragrances were lovely. I stayed subscribed for a year. I wanted to experience all the seasonal scents. My favourites were Winter 25 and Spring 26. I particularly loved the terracotta rounds which I sprayed with scent to fragrance my rooms. Contact was always easy as was ending my subscription when the time was right. Thank you Ffern for a really special experience.
