Joy in this forlorn world
Firstly the perfumes are lovely. I have never found such interesting, nuanced and delicate perfumes in any other product. You can genuinely smell it develop. Never sickly like some modern perfumes. Some are more to my taste than others but I have never felt the need to send one back. They arrive beautifully packaged without damaging the environment and are a joy to unpack. The latest Spring one is long lasting, light and cheerful, a much needed thing in this awful world. Receiving and smelling this has actually lifted my spirits.

I really enjoyed waiting for the next…
I really enjoyed waiting for the next scent that was connected to the seasons, it felt very beautiful and a real treat. The fragrances were lovely. I stayed subscribed for a year. I wanted to experience all the seasonal scents. My favourites were Winter 25 and Spring 26. I particularly loved the terracotta rounds which I sprayed with scent to fragrance my rooms. Contact was always easy as was ending my subscription when the time was right. Thank you Ffern for a really special experience.

My favourite Ffern
I don't have any ability to identify notes or ingredients but I know what I like and this is my favourite Ffern to date. Comforting and subtle with rose and neroli, different yet some elements are familiar to other Fferns. Enjoying wearing this one for the every day.

I have been a Ffern member for a while…
I have been a Ffern member for a while now. I have honestly loved all of the scents I have gotten. There were a few that were not my favorite at first but definitely grew on me. I love that they use natural ingredients. I also enjoy the little extras that come with these perfumes.

I adore this company
I adore this company. They have mastered earthy perfumes. I’ve always struggled to find perfumes that I like that capture the natural essence of the ingredients. This company has changed that every perfume I have received since winter of 24 has been exquisite. I’ve never had one that I didn’t like and I’ve had quite a few that have quickly become my favorites if you’re wanting to find a perfume that is natural that makes you smell like you’re walking through a beautiful landscape. This is the company for you.

Beautiful evocative scent with the…
Beautiful evocative scent with the Winter fragrance. Upon receipt of the Spring fragrance I did not enjoy it and requested a return. Instructions are easy to follow and came promptly. When I enquired regarding my credit not showing on my portal ledger I received a very fast response as well as an immediate credit showing. The explanation was that the company is a small one and sometimes there may be a delay. However, it had been 10 days and that is reasonable. Excellent customer service and beautiful quality fragrance.

My favorite splurge!
I don't get excited by many purchases, but this is one that consistently delivers. The product is exceptional and the packaging and presentation take it over the top. Love the anticipation of my seasonal delivery! And the integrated film, art, and included surprise is always such a delight!

This is an amazing organic fragrance…
This is an amazing organic fragrance that I have been using for the past three years. Every time I get a new bottle of perfume I get very excited because I know I can expect a clean scent that's been thoroughly curated.
The team has always been extremely responsive if I have any questions or concerns. Once you sign up, you have access to an online portal, which you can manage your membership with, and you can reach staff at any time.
I have stopped buying all of their perfume and use Ffern full time! I have been blown away and love this perfume!
