Арендовал красную короллу гибрид на неделю. Брал аренду + полную страховку, на второй день аренды кто-то притер бок на парковке, написал арендодателю, быстро отреагировали, попросили несколько фото и разрешили дальше ездить. Остальное время прошло без проблем. Возврат машины был быстрый, ни к чему придираться не стали, спокойно вернули залог. Кстати залог можно оставлять в рублях или в валюте, чтобы не оставлять 75 тыс драм в заложниках до конца отпуска.

I had a great experience with the Express Car Rent Armenia. I have rented cars here for 4 times already. Managers are always nice, cars are clean and in a perfect working condition. This time I accidentaly damaged the car and everything was coverd by insurance without any questions.

Via AutoUnion kwamen we bij ExpressCar uit waar we een auto konden huren in Georgië die we ook konden gebruiken in Armenië. De papieren om met de auto de grens over te gaan werden snel geregeld door de medewerkers. Het inchecken ging voorspoedig en de auto zelf had wel wat kleine schades, maar dat was geen groot issue voor ons. Met de papieren konden we zonder problemen de grens over en als we vragen hadden kregen we snel reactie van de medewerkers via Whatsapp. Tijdens onze rit in Armenië hadden we helaas een situatie met de auto meegemaakt wat we niet konden oplossen en niet aan de verhuurder lag. Zij hebben ons uitstekend geholpen ondanks dat zij er niet verantwoordelijk voor waren. Dit hebben wij nooit eerder meegemaakt dat de verhuurder zo betrokken was, echt dank jullie wel! Dit heeft onze reis weer goed gemaakt. Kortom wij zijn heel erg blij met ExpressCar Armenië en voelt bijna als familie zo vriendelijk en betrokken dat ze waren, dank jullie wel!

I rented a Nissan Sentra 2020 from this company and it turned out to be the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. On the way to Georgia we discovered by ourselves that the brake pads were completely worn out – the car gave no warning light or signal at all. When we finally managed to check it at a repair shop, the mechanics told us that the brakes could have completely failed at any moment, which means our lives were literally at risk.

We lost 4 hours stuck in Vanadzor because no shop had the right parts, and later the car also showed an engine error while we were driving back to Armenia , adding even more stress to an already unsafe situation.

To make things worse, the company at first refused to offer any compensation. Only after I insisted did they finally return just 20€, which is ridiculous considering the danger and the wasted time.

This proves that the company does not maintain or properly check their cars before renting them out, and they also fail to take responsibility afterwards. Driving a car in this condition is not just inconvenient – it is dangerous and unacceptable. I strongly advise against renting from this company.

Wir hatten ein Auto für 2 Wochen. Der Service und die Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter waren vorbildlich. Mit dem Auto waren wir auch zufrieden, auch wenn es sich nicht unbedingt für alle armenischen Straßen eignet😊!

The process was easy. The owner was very nice and you can pick up the car in the city and drop it in the airport. Very convenient.

We are satisfied with the company. The process was smooth and without complications. We rented a Mazda CX30 and go around Armenia without problem (with respect to previous useing). What we agreed at the beginning was valid

Rented a car for the first time in principle and was very worried about the reliability of the company.
I was guided by reviews, prices and the ability to drive a vehicle with less than 2-3 years of experience
We booked a Nissan Versa (or similar), they upgraded us to a Nissan X-trail. We were very pleased with the use of the car
On site they showed everything, explained, answered questions. It is convenient that the employees speak excellent Russian

Very fast service! No paper work. Modern cars in good condition by a nice price. I prerented a Mazda cx-30 but later for me give bigger Hyundai santa-fe but with same price.

I rented a VW polo for a road trip through Armenia, but it wasn’t available at the time so I got Mazda 3 sedan and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The car was delivered on time and fully cleaned.

The car was like new, extremely comfortable, and equipped with advanced features like Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, lane keep assist etc.
