Мы брали в Ереване в центре города Kia Seltos 2021 года на 11 дней. Машина - огонь 🔥 Вела себе превосходно объездили Ереван и топовые города по всей Армении. Взбиралась на все подъемы, устойчивая на всех серпантинах. Персонал компании выше всех похвал. Отзывчивые, приятные, профессиональные! Сдавали машину в аэропорту без проблем. Потом нас довезли со всем нашим багажом прямо ко входу в терминал. Все супер! Спасибо огромное!

Nie wiem od czego zacząć. Wszystko było dobrze do momentu umówienia sie po odbiór auta. Organizacja zerowa. Dostałem wiadomość od jednego z pracowników, że przyjadą przekazać mi auto na wybrany adres. Po 30 minutach okazało sie jednak, ze musze przyjechać osobiście. Odbiór byl umówiony na godzinę 8:30. Równo godzinę po, o 9:30 jeden z pracowników bez słowa "przepraszam" przychodzi do mnie z tekstem czy nigdy na nikogo nie czekałem? W garażu okazało się, ze z umówionej Toyoty Camry, dostałem zdezelowaną Mazdę 6. Dwie przednie opony łyse, tzw. sliki (co bylo mega niebezpieczne z racji deszczu w Armenii, wracałem do hotelu z długiej trasy 200 km), dwie opony miały widoczne guzy. Ponadto automatyczna skrzynia biegów szarpała tak, ze osoba z dyskopatia mogłaby wylądować w szpitalu, co więcej - auto bylo całe porysowane i w wielu miejscach uszkodzone. Uratowały mnie zrobione przeze mnie zdjęcia bo pracownik, ktory odbierał ode mnie auto OCZYWIŚCIE znalazł dwie nowe rysy. Na poparcie swoich słów pokazywał mi zdjecia innego klienta, ze tych rys nie bylo. Także zalecam ostrożność i prosze was o zrobienie zdjęc auta z każdej strony. Pokazałem mu zdjecia zrobione swojm aparatem, facet tylko sie uśmiechnał. Jego wymuszenie ode mnie pieniedzy się nie udało. Idąc dalej. Auto otrzymałem z niepełnym bakiem. Pomimo wszystkiemu zalałem auto pod korek przy oddaniu, żeby byc wobec tych ludzi w porządku.
Auto mialem od 26.06 do 28.06 do rana. Za taką kasę i po opiniach w internecie spodziewałem sie normalnego auta, a nie takiego ktore zagraża mojemu życiu i zdrowiu. Na poparcie moich słów wrzucam fotki tego samochodu. Omijać szerokim łukiem tych ludzi jak i ta firmę.
Byłbym zapomniał! Wielokrotnie wyskakiwal błąd (cos z olejem- załączam fotkę) oraz problem z aktywnym tempomatem.

Всё понравилось, есть доставка к отелю. Привезли пунктуально к нужному времени.
Машина чистая, комфортная.
Проездили неделю проблем не возникло.

Прилетел первый раз и сразу забронировал у ребят машину , была свободна Малибу , когда на утро приехал оформлять , чуть задержали с документами, но потом все было супер . Машину помыли и пропылесосили , все вежливо и культурно , когда сдавал - все быстро , приняли даже в аэропорту, еще и довезли до самого входа ! На связи 24:7 , все парни очень доброжелательные и на приемке и на сдаче . Спасибо большое! Всем рекомендую . Депозит вернули сразу и в полном обьеме , еще и оставлял в рублях !!! Короче все понравилось

Брали машину на 2 дня , оформляли немного долговато , но зато сдать разрешили прямо в аэропорту, что очень удобно! Довезли прямо до входа с чемоданом!
Залог вернули , в полном объеме ! Машина была вымыта прямо при нас !

Арендовывали авто в апреле через сервис localrent, там можно сравнивать стоимость на аренду от разных прокатных компаний и у выбранной нами машины было лучшее соотношение цена/качество! Подписание договора быстрое, все в электронном виде, очень удобно. Нам апгрейтнули машину, так как нашу вовремя не привезли на сдачу, что также демонстрирует хороший сервис при возникновении накладок в расписании сдачи авто) По машине не было никаких нареканий, сдавали тоже легко, проблем не возникло) Спасибо вам за сервис, если еще будем в Армении - за арендой авто только к вам!

I ordered a Toyota Camry. But it wasn't available, so they gave us a Jeep Grand Charok. The car was great. There were no problems with the rental.

Брали машину Nissan Versa 5 дней, проехали с юга на север! Получили массу впечатлений! Машина хоть и не очень мощная, но отлично со всем справилась! Без машины в Армении никуда, хотя по Еревану лучше пешком🙂 От аренды остались только положительные эмоции!! Всем советую очень добрые приветливые сотрудники все расскажут всем помогут 😍

I had a overall good experience, the staff was friendly and everything went smoothly. The only 2 issues I had were that, once I arrived at the desk, nobody was there, and I had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Moreover, on the contract was stated that the fuel policy was "Full to full", instead I had the bring back the car with the same amount of petrol that they left me.

Удобный понятный сервис. Автомобиль дали не тот, но аналогичный не хуже заявленного. Все было выполненно как и договаривались. Спасибо.

We had a very positive experience with this car rental. The staff was extremely polite and the check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward.
The car was clean, well-maintained, and performed perfectly throughout the trip. Fair prices and no hidden costs. I would definitely recommend their services if you are visiting Armenia!

Отличная отрагизация, отличный персонал

Very rude and unprofessional in responding to customers , they have no idea how to deal with customers and they talk as if they own lambos . I haven't rent a car from them when i saw this behavior. They should think twice before opening a business.

I will break down everything that went wrong during our rental, it is long but needed:

1- We arrived at the airport, had the reservation for 9:30pm. They texted us on whastapp that the car was not ready yet, and we could either walk to their agency (outside the airport) or they could bring it to us. We explained we did not have wifi, we asked to not send us voice messages because they would not download, but they kept sending them anyway. It was nighttime, cold, and we had heavy luggage so we asked for them to pick us up. They came way later than the reservation time, they arrived after 9:45pm.

2- The "agency" is a very creepy and dark office in the middle of a parking lot where they wash the cars. We had to wait quite a long time for them to finish another rental, and once they started with ours, the problems began.
We had made the reservation trough their website, which automatically sends an email with the details, price breakdown and total price. Turns out the total price the company had calculated was wrong, and they wanted us to pay over 100usd more than what the email said. We obviously explained that it was not fair, and if their system made a mistake, that was not our fault. The guy at the desk ASHTON tried to help us, and called the manager GRIGOR. When we tried to talk to him, he was disrespectful, rude, and a total disaster. He yelled at us, did not hear us or let us speak. He kept saying the only options were: A. we paid the new price, or B. we cancelled the rental. It was 11pm on a tuesday, and the rental allowed us to cross the border to Georgia and return it there, therefore, it was not realistic for us to cancel the rental and find a new one. They would not have time to do the permit to let us cross to Georgia anyway.
GRIGOR insinuated we had "faked" the email, which we had printed out, and asked for us to forward him the email. We looked for it on our laptop and forwarded it, but he would still not recognize the company's mistake.
After arguing and waiting in the small office for about 45 minutes, we asked ASHTON what was going on. He tried to help, he bought us a coffee and said he did not think they would come up with a solution. We ended up accepting the new price, and negotiating with ASHTON that the insurance for the windshield and crystals would be free. ASHTON said he would do that, and if the managers did not accept it, he would cover it out of pocket. He also said that when we cross the border to Georgia, the georgian insurance would be paid in advanced bt GRIGOR.

3- The car was not in good conditions. It was scratched ALL OVER. They took videos of it, which is ridiculous given the amount of scratches it had. The engine light was turned on, supposedly because the last client had not filled it with the correct gas... the engine made a weird noise... it was not a good car.

4- They said we had to wash the car before returning it. Just ridiculous. Never heard of any serious agency asking that!!!!!

5- The day of the return, we had to meet up with another guy outside the Tblisi Airport (in Georgia). Again, no office inside the airport. He checked the car, and even asked to see the video that was taken when we picked it up. Again, just funny given the conditions the car was in. Then, he said we needed to pay for the Georgia insurance (which we were told GRIGOR would pay for). We obviously said no, and had to explain the situation and even talk on the phone to the manager in Georgia. Again, terrible customer service. They finally understood and at least we did not have to pay for it.

Our experience was TERRIBLE. This agency is horrible, with very poor organization and communication, cars in bad conditions, and some very bad employes (not Ashton).

I would NEVER recommend renting from them. It was a nightmare very stressful.

RENT FROM A SERIOUS COMPANY LIKE AVIS, BUDGET, HERTZ, ETC!!!!!!!
