Great service

Great service ! Really helpful all the stress is taken out of buying a new car. They took care of everything & explained everything clearly. Being a single female I took my brother with me for moral support thinking they would treat a women on her own differently. But I need not of worried the team where fantastic I could not of asked for more.. Thank-you.

Eventually got the car I wanted

Eventually got the car I wanted. But there is an issue with the KEY for the car which hasn't been solved yet, and I haven't had any contact as promised for over three
weeks!!!!!!
I was not given any details to contact customer services. I was told the matter was being handled by them

Salesman Andrew Lane was excellent and…

Salesman Andrew Lane was excellent and everything was as expected. One slight moan, on the boot door are instructions on where to find the emergency triangle only for it not to be there, when I checked Fords don't supply one, over £22,000 for the car and no safety triangle, shame on you Fords!

Fantastic service from Sarah who put…

Fantastic service from Sarah who put together a deal in one day for a vehicle I had been trying to buy from someone else for six weeks.
Fast energetic and very polite I could not have asked for better service I know who I am calling next time I want to change my vehicle.

We always go to the same sales person, Kim, at Essex Auto Group. She is always very helpful and knowledgeable when we are deciding what car to choose. We always recommend her to our friends and family

Can not fault the customer service from…

Can not fault the customer service from the team at Ford, Kent Elms and very happy with my new Ecosport. Have been dealing with them for many years now and think this is the best customer service I have had thus far.
