I got service from Roshan Correa. He was amazing and so helpful during the all purchasing process. Although I got some delays because of the seller's side solicitor, his great support help me to finish the purchasing process of my home. Roshan and EFS were always so reachable during the all steps. Simon Parker has been amazing with everything. He has guided us through our whole mortgage application and helped it run as smoothly as possible. He has always been available for calls, emails and video calls when needed and answered all questions quickly and in detail. All information and documentation has been provided quickly and he has ensured we are at ease all the time. Highly recommend Simon to anyone that is applying or renewing their mortgage. James Hindley is who worked with my husband and I, helping us out, for almost a year now, with getting our mortgage sorted. James has been nothing less than amazing. He is a hard worker and will go more than the extra mile for you. My husband works late during the week and James often worked past his hours to accommodate this so he could talk to both of us. Through many challenges, like properties going into probate mid-sale, James has never failed to communicate promptly. We have never had to chase him, we have never been left in the dark.
