I started my search for a remortgage quite late and was not in the strongest position, but Rebecca was confident from the onset that she could get me a good deal tailored to my circumstances, She took time to explain the details of my product to me and made clear all fees and charges applicable to the product. Alexa made sure that I got all relevant documentation and was on hand to offer additional support.

Susy and Chantelle provided a service I have rarely encountered in the many dealings I have with the service industry. Not only did they manage to navigate all the challenging aspects of my requirements for a mortgage as an expat returning to the Uk, but they stayed connected and active on my account from beginning to end even when they had completed their part of the process. They took responsibility to see our home purchase over the line until we walked through the door of our dream home and did it with kind and cheerful responses at every turn.
