We have used Embrace before and always been very happy with the service. Natasha Khan dealt with our mortgage and Anais Middleton dealt with our Income Protection plans. Both were very good at guiding and advising us through our choices. They worked hard to get us the best deals and were very patient when we were slow to understand the financial jargon! I approached Simon regarding help to re-mortgage to pay off my ex partner and from the start he was very helpful as there were a few issues with obtaining a high street lender but he persevered and sourced a lender and got me the best deal under the circumstances he took a bit of the weight off my shoulders during a stressful time the communication was excellent and it only took approximately 4 months to complete excellent service
