Couldn’t recommend dealing with him anymore, top lad. (Using son’s trust pilot account as I don’t have one)

Great customer assistance from Eddie on the line with Eflow. There was no delay or over-explaining, he just talked through why my account had been suspended and what the penalties were, and the various ways to proceed. Great communication and no time wasting, he sorted it out in minutes, exactly what was needed on a Monday morning.

Dreadful system
Dreadful system. Paid for two eflow trips. Somehow ended up with a bill posted to the UK and had to pay again as they are hand in glove with Euro Parking. Paid 4 times for 2 trips. I will not use that route again in Ireland if I return there.

They corrected the error immediately and reassured me about future use.

No M50 Pay App for tourists
The eFlow website talks of the advantages of using the M50 Pay app for iPhone. So as a foreign tourist I try to download it. No! Can't download it because I have a iTunes account in another country. You'd think that the company would want tourists to use the app. Apparently not.

I now have 5 incorrect tag holders
I now have 5 incorrect tag holders. Contacted them again & told the mailroom mixed up the order.. well they mixed it up 4 times now! You just go through the same questions on live chat as on the phone.. requested a manager call back at the very least but nothing! "You First" is a joke
Pauline, I have contacted flow by phone on 3 occasions & spoken with a CS agent each time and also used Live Chat.. I don't see how repeating all this on FB or Twitter can be any better. CS have all my details including account no , phone no etc.

Went through my journey on 4th of may
Was driving all the next day so forgot to pay so when I logged in paid the amount owing on the 10th of May 24
I have receipt and now I got a letter to say it’s now €56.70 and have to go to solicitor ?? Put an actual toll booth there as people aren’t aware of it and doesn’t give enough time
To pay so angry now 😡

Chat bot full of bugs, payment page archaic, hello eflow Apple Pay google pay? Given 2 different quotes for the journey, they are making millions but can’t get a simpler payment portal, it’s set up to get fines, “I’m sorry for any technical issue you have encountered” doesn’t cut it, make it simpler, Ryan air can do it, Uber and the other ride app can, but they don’t fine for late payment 🤔

Joke of a system
Joke of a system. Company bizarrely requires you to hold a minimum of €12 in your account, then your fees on top of that. Then even if you have a credit balance even of €11, they suspend your account! Make a journey after that? They don't take from your credit balance, instead lumping you with penalties of over €100. Then if you question this practice, you are told that it is in the terms and conditions.
Posting something in the terms and conditions might make something legally correct, but it doesn't make it morally right. Cowboys. That's all this crowd are.
RESPONSE TO REPLY BELOW:
Your terms and conditions explicitly contradict what you say below. Please see Terms taken from website:
where a Rejected Payment occurs:
i. your Tag shall no longer work on any Toll Road; and
ii. your vehicle shall continue to be treated as a Registered Vehicle on the M50 until the balance on your account is less than one applicable Toll, at which point your vehicle will be treated as an Unregistered Vehicle.
If the balance on your Account is less than one applicable Toll and a period of fourteen (14) days has passed from the date of a Rejected Payment, your account shall be suspended and in the event that there is an outstanding balance on your account you shall constitute a Toll Evader.
Given that my balance is greater than "one applicable toll" (€11.40 balance v €3.10 for one applicable toll), you have breached your own terms and conditions. Incredible.

I did forget to pay this idiotic…
I did forget to pay this idiotic payment and when I got the notice I did pay immediately, but could not input 1 journey number only the other one worked. Then I got penalty threatening letters . Contacted customer service and the way they treated me I ended up in hospital. Pay 40 % tax, have nothing from it at all and then still be treated like a massive criminal just because you drive on the road. I will never ever drive through this part of m50 again even if I had to go all around dublin instead. Having to deal with them again would kill me.

Following the awful accident today on the m50 it makes my blood boil to watch the rubberneckers heading south bound slowing down and causing major delays then as soon as the accident is passed there is a clear road ahead being a delivery driver in Dublin I see this every single day on the m50 with the millions this road makes every year wouldn’t it make more sense to put a fence up the middle of the road to stop this occurring it was even said on the national news today about delays due to the rubberneckers it would be nice to be able to make a journey on the m50 without out having to allow
For delays and sit in a traffic a jam needlessly and it might take some the pain out of what it costs to use this road every day it would obviously make traffic flow quicker and make your customers travel Time home quicker and this wasn’t just to day it’s every day this needs to be addressed,Marc walsh

Unfair penalty despite toll paid at petrol station
Very upset at eflow. On 5th Feb’24, I travelled on the M50 in my daughter’s car and both to and fro toll fees were paid at the Lucan Circle K that same morning, €3.70 each journey and my debit card was debited accordingly by €7.40. I don’t open my daughter’s mail but when she came home, she had two letters waiting for her, the latter a penalty for €360!!! Neither herself nor myself were informed when logging onto the account where I had made sure to register her car as nowhere did it said that any payment was outstanding, and since I had paid at the Lucan village petrol station, I thought nothing of it. I didn’t even received any mail saying that there was anything outstanding (I registered both my daughter’s and my car under the same account and with my email as the main contact). I am absolutely shocked at having received such unjustified penalty and I am at a complete loss, having searched online how to resolve and it seems that eflow are consistently unhelpful and will not investigate at their end in most cases. I don’t see why we should pay any penalty (€360 at that) when both toll fees were paid on time (as in within 30 min of last toll crossing) a a petrol station. What’s the point in paying at a petrol station if eflow doesn’t investigate flows in their relationship with petrol stations when it comes to toll payments and us, the good citizens who do pay on time are left having to pay the brunt!!! Very upset!!!
In addition to the above which I wrote yesterday, I received a response from efliow telling me to contact their customer service which I had done already but sure enough, they cover themselves very well since many of us paying at petrol stations the odd time wouldn’t keep receipts three months after paying a toll fee. My bank’s statement is the only proof I have that I paid that morning and I have sent this to their solicitor, but not hopeful as, as mentioned in my earlier mail, the letter received from eflow solicitor which my daughter only opened yesterday since she was only home this May bank holiday week end expires tomorrow with threat of Court action!!! Very very upset indeed!!!
