I had a very positive experience with Lorena from M50 Tall Customer Service. She was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire interaction. Lorena took the time to clearly explain everything and made the process straightforward and stress-free. Her response time was excellent, and she genuinely went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly. Overall, the service was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I would be very happy to deal with Lorena again and confidently recommend her to others.

I’ve been an eFlow customer since 2008. A €16 charge failed due to an expired card—with no notification. Despite offering to pay immediately, it was escalated to €1,200+ with threats of legal action. eFlow and their Solicitor fim refused to respond via email or use reasonable communication. This state-run program chooses partners like Pierse Fitzgibbon Solicitors LLP who intimidate the public with fear and threats, showing no discretion or fairness. Absolutely extortionate.
Update:
eFlow asked me to get in touch, which I did via email 7 days ago. I still have not received any response. Their reply seems to be more about appearing responsive than actually engaging.

Closed my account and tried to pay balance via my eflow account with debit card within their app, however transaction did not go through as error code came up. Then contacted customer support and paid over phone. Customer service verified that I tried to pay via app and said this probably will go through at later date, which it did and they credited my closed account for that amount. If I missed a payment they would charge me interest. Disgraceful methods of underhanded robbery.
