Really a class act in terms of providing a great customer experience ! Even told me I could pay online in the future for my own ease ! Great service !

Literally the worst website ever
Literally the worst website ever. Constant issues when trying to log in, I need to contact customer services every single time I need to do anything I.e change the car or update payment details. Tried twice to contact customer services to help me regain access the only solution was to try clearing cache, none of them thought to mention that leaving the chat to do this would close the entire chat and lead to yet again not having an ounce of help. Sort your website out, it's 2024

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. Niamh was able to help me out with everything and was reassuring that everything was under control. She understood my issue and offered solutions until everything was sorted. She made sure I understood how things would move forward and what I needed to do on my end. Very clear, very helpful, very patient. 10/10 would chat again for assistance.

incredibly easy to deal with
Niamh made the issue incredibly easy to deal with. She was quick with her responses and honestly was really friendly and nice which made the whole thing much better. She was able to fix the problem I was having and couldn’t have been nicer about the whole situation. A great asset to the team.

Very helpful staff who set up an account for me
Truth be told I usually find eflow online easy to use and have no issues but couldn't pay this time and missed my chance. So was unhappy to receive a fine in the post. I rang about the inconvenience of it all and why it was missed and the lovely Eddie helped me out by setting up an account for me and reducing my fine all while being super friendly and having a great chat with me. Eflow get a bad rap but I for one am a happy customer. It's all about being nice from both sides and Eddie is very nice guy which helped hugely. Well done eflow and well done Eddie

Brilliant service from Eddie at eFlow
Brilliant service from Eddie at eFlow. He found the issue very quickly and explained clearly what had happened. I had traded my car but did not update the new car on my account as I forgot I had an account. I was charged for a journey i didn't make. Eddie also set up a refund request for us. He also helped reset my password etc and explained how to best use the account as I am not a regular user of M50 toll service. A real gent and very help.

Another payment issue
Another payment issue, it's one of the most unfriendly sites I've come across, four attempts, two cards this time before it went through. Needless to say, there was nothing wrong with any of the inputs, just infuriating that this type of service provision is so poor when payment is ALL they do

I'd like to thank Eddie from the flow team,I was ringing about video tag but after a while of chatting Eddie he realized a tag would be more beneficial and talked me through the whole thing and I decided after eddies clear information that I'd go with the tag instead, Eddie was very easy to talk with and very clear on advice, kind regards Gary offaly

Charged twice
Charged twice, but I have to prove that they are in the wrong, stay away from them, bad customer service.
Hi Marta, thank you for your reply, I tried other channels hence the comment "bad customer service" I was told that I have to prove eflow wrong and why didn't I get a receipt for my journey, if you have another, I don't know 10 cars behind you, you don't press a button to get a receipt. I'm not fighting over €2.30 but my account will be closed and that will be the end of it.

Just had a conversation with E-Flow customer service. Eddie answered my call. I had 2 queries which he addressed efficiently. His manner was helpful, courteous, and relatable. As a result I know my E-Fow account is in order. Thank you Eddie.

WHY M50 is not free yet
WHY M50 is not free yet? Build in 1991 and project officially finished in 2010 costing Irish Citizens over 1Billion Euro, every year M50 makes around 170 million. Why do we still paying for it? Why does Government keeps so quiet about this. Do we still paying for something else? Its owen by Irish Gov, well then why its not free ? A proper criminals that need to be investigated.

Journeys I haven't made.
I have an account with e-flow, twice in 3 months they have added journeys to my account that I have not made, only i checked the invoices I wouldn't have a clue. The first one was a 10euro charge for using the port tunnel, got resolved but no explanation how it happened just a text to say it would come off my next bill, after i get this latest problem sorted i will be closing my account. Check your invoices people.

Eddie from customer service was very helpful
After failing to be able to pay my late fine on the phone, I got through to a very helpful, and professional customer service rep, named Eddie.
He was able to set me up with a proper account and reduce the fine.
All in all, I was very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with service.

180 euro in penalties for a 3.20 toll, the notice was sent to the wrong address- how is this allowed to happen? This is the most ridiculous toll system- just put a booth on the motorway like absolutely everywhere else
