I totally recommend this company for following reasons; very fast delivery, product shows exactly as on the website of the company, very professional and quick in customer inquires. If item needs to be returned company has sent out a very detailed email what to do step by step including a free return label. I highly recommended this company!

What can I say it was easy great service I ordered my glasses and they were delivered in two days. I will probably by some more because of the quick delivery.

I have been so happy with this purchasing experience that I decided to write a review. Right from the point of placing the order, they kept me informed with timely emails about my order having gone through, having been accepted, the expected shipment date, start of shipment, imminent arrival, and finally the notification of delivery. The item was what I ordered. Great experience.

Great selection, AWESOME Price. And lastly, delivery in 2 days... Definitely considering buying my future glasses from you guys next year.

Arrived quickly, genuin e Tom Ford glasses and great price. Would definitely use Edel Optics again

Excellent service I purchased a pair of Tom Ford and it comes like 5 days later from Hamburg. The product is perfect as its description. Will buy again later!

Loved my tom ford sunglasses. Fast shipment. Received my sunglasses shipped from Germany in 3 days.

Ordered Fendi sunglasses that are from a past season and no longer widely available in the US at a much higher cost, I ordered on Tuesday and received on Friday, super fast service especially since the glasses are coming from Germany. Incredible prices these are authentic and brand new. I would have given 5 stars but had issues when paying, payment would not go though until I paid via PayPal. I then read several reviews and became a bit trouble as someone said they received two pairs because they also had issues at check out, Thank God this did not ocurre to me, I would not want to go though the dispute process. I didn't have to contact customer service. Very excited with my new sunglasses! Thank you edel-optics for having competitive prices

Excellent service and delivery time was awesome glasses are 100% authentic thank you for the shopping experience

I would not recommend this company. They don't send you a form for returns but state that if you don't have a printer "please contact us by e-mail and we will send you your return label by post." As I don't have a printer, I have emailed them twice asking for this return label and called up twice but have had no response. They also don't give you a refund if your item reaches them after 14 days since delivery, but I've spent nearly a week waiting for them to send me the returns slip with no response. I'm really worried I won't be able to get my £83 refunded now even though I contacted them within a week of delivery to try to arrange the return.

Great sale. Love the sunglasses.

Exelent. Fast shipping and it looks great.

Fast shipping and arrived exactly on time. They are awesome sunglasses.

Thank you!

Was very pleased to find a model that is no longer made. Shopping was easy, products showed measurements to accuracy, and photos too. Shopping was easy, checkout was easy and shipping was fast. Got exactly what I wanted and the glasses were in a protective case. Thank you.

Fast delivery and authentic ! In love with my new sunnies

After reading the bad reviews ,i now feel ive fallen victim to.I ordered a Specific pair of gucci sunglasses ,the model number written on invoice and in email .But when I got my package I got the wrong color and model delivered to me.Almost like a bait and switch ,I tried sending an email but it tells me the edel optics email folder is full ..
