This was the worse Gatwick parking I ever had. Despite the claim of a secure site, the reality was far from it. Given the amount paid, I would have felt more confident leaving my car on the street. The night before my flight, I was informed of a last‑minute change to the drop‑off location for a supposedly more secure site. This new location was extremely difficult to find, with no signage whatsoever. I had to call several times before a driver turned up to guide us.

The site itself was wholly inappropriate: a rundown area with a farm on the premises and only a few cars parked. There were no security cameras, and the overall setup and service were shambolic. This fell far below the standard advertised and expected.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

AWFUL. I think some sort of scam.
My partner and children turned up.
Did not answer phone.
Locked gates.
Kept calling - no answer.

Partner had to drive to airport and pay additional parking. Nearly missed flight.
AVOID if you want parking.
AVOID if you don’t want the stress.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. This was one of the worst parking experiences I have ever had, and I was literally crying by the time I finally got my car back.

I booked this parking through the Groupon link. The day before my flight, I was sent the parking location, which turned out to be a farm with locked gates. When we arrived, someone eventually came to collect us, took pictures of the car and then transferred us into another vehicle to take us to the airport.

I clearly told them that my return flight was landing at 2am. However, when I landed and called to arrange collection, nobody answered. I called repeatedly — probably around 100 times — and waited for around half an hour before finally getting through. I was then told that they had my arrival time written down as 4am, that there was no driver available and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes.

After hundreds of calls that were not answered, they eventually told me they were “doing me a favour” by arranging a lady driver to collect me.

The lady who collected us initially said she had been asleep and was only helping them out. However, the call she received from the company showed as coming from their “office”, which made the situation even more confusing.

When we arrived back at the yard, there was nobody there. We were told Holly was in the office, but nobody was around. The lady driver then looked around and found a key hidden under a tyre/wheel. Inside the parked car were numerous car keys, including mine.

After all the waiting, phone calls and confusion, it took approximately 4.5 hours before I finally got my car back.

I was exhausted, distressed and literally crying. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers, especially customers arriving in the middle of the night after a flight.

This company needs to seriously improve its organisation, communication, security and customer service. I would strongly advise people to think twice before leaving their car with them.

Absolutely unacceptable. Worst parking service I have experienced.

As I am writing this review, I have already been waiting for over an hour for my pick-up. I have called them four times, and every single time I get the same answer: "The driver is on the way."
Absolutely incompetent service and terrible communication. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid these cowboys they sell drugs in the peopels cars there office is in horley avod af all costs!!

The actual service was good. They picked up from the multi-storey car park and delivered back to us shortly after we got through luggage collection. However, I believe petrol was missing from my car as my tank was empty, so I would question the security of the parking place. I emailed them to complain about this but received no reply.

If i could give -5 will do very bad and not pro no sign of respect on top of all of this they keep lying about time to bring my car ,i did ring them when i was out making me wait with my babys for 1,5 hour , they r cheap 4 a reason avoid they at any price

I used this company for parking at Gatwick absolute shambles of a company. The site was not signed so was difficult to find. Once found their "reception" was a gazebo in the middle of a caravan park with little lighting. I asked the man who appeared out of the darkness to greet me if the site is secure and he informed me my vehicle would be taken to a secure site. They inspected my car by mobile phone torch and did not give me a copy of the report either. The transfer was by a VW Sharan which was dirty and smelled strongly of diesel. I was genuinely worried I would not have a car to come back to. The return trip was better as they dropped my car off to me in the multistorey. I will definitely stick to the car parks I know and trust in the future and pay the extra. They were cheap for a reason.
