Absolutely appalling.
We were travelling from Bristol Airport, the instructions on how to get there were absolutely terrible, we rang to see exactly where the site was and much to our dismay it's on an equestrian centre!!
Cars are parked next to fields with horses on them.
Staff are rude, very rude indeed.
The drive to the equestrian centre has more potholes than I have ever witnessed.
Disconcerting when you hand your keys over especially when you see where they park your cars.
Driving through the center and through the stables is horrendous, poor horses.
It is described as 10 minutes to the airport, what should have been a leisurely wait for our flight turned in to a nightmare. An hour's wait for a minibus, when we finally got to the airport we nearly missed our flight.
Staff didn't care at all when I asked what was taking do long.
When we returned from our trip, we rand the office to be told the minibus would be half an hour, lovely when you've got a 2.5 hour drive home.
Minibus finally arrived at 11pm, when our flight arrived at 9.20pm????
Absolutely appalling service......
The most outrageous service and they charge every car and extra £17 each for the drop off service, when it's £8.50 for the mini bus each way, such an absolute rip off, just a money making scam.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Wasn’t the ‘meet and greet’ from Bristol air port I was expecting.
Had to walk from the short stay car which was ok but not as good as other service providers I’ve used.
On collection my car was absolutely stinking full of mud. Will not use again.

AVOID AT ALL COST, unless you want your car damagedand misused..they do not meet and greet as advertised.

I m writing this review to warn other travelers. This company, which operates this car park, is the exact same business as A1 Airport Parking (a1airportparking.co.uk) . They are simply using a different brand name here. please avoid at all cost worst customer service and will overcharge.

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. The location itself is down narrow lanes full of potholes, so don’t be surprised if you leave worrying about your suspension. The parking area is basically on a farm, with animals roaming around near the cars — not exactly reassuring when leaving your vehicle for several days.

To make matters worse, we had to wait around 30 minutes for the shuttle to the airport despite already running slightly late. Then, when we arrived at the parking location, we were told we had to pay an additional £17 airport barrier charge, which felt like a hidden extra and wasn’t made properly clear beforehand.

The return journey was even worse. After landing back in the UK, we waited 45 minutes to be collected. The shuttle van that eventually arrived had one of the worst cracked windscreens I’ve ever seen — genuinely looked unsafe to be on the road.

When we finally got back to our car, we discovered a dent on the wing. The staff response was basically “it’s very tiny,” completely missing the point that the car is only two years old and was handed over without damage. Their attitude was simply “call customer services and make a complaint.”

Overall, this is by far the worst airport parking experience we’ve had. It’s also much further from Bristol Airport than advertised. Poor organisation, poor customer service, and absolutely no care shown for customers’ vehicles. Avoid if you value your car or your time.

Please do not use prime meet and greet!(compareyourparking, New farm parking) We called at 23:00 to be told the car would be with us in 40 mins. After several calls chasing where the car is, speaking with different people, being ignored and calls being hung up and being spoke to like I was the problem - 4 hours and 3 different location to be informed that the car key was missing, advised we should wait more time to locate the key, then to be told at 5:00am the key is lost and will need to arrange for a replacement at 7.00am also we should get an uber back to Cardiff and they will bring us the car (no chance I was trusting them to drive the car after loosing the car key!) they offered to pay for the replacement using there locksmith and refused to pay for the one we sent as it was a lot earlier than theirs being sent! This was reluctantly paid by them... here we are at 13 hours later we are only just leaving Stansted airport with a further 3 more hours travelling to reach home. THEY HAVE NO CARE IN THE WORLD OF YOUR SITUATION.

We arrived which wasn’t what we expected. Not well signed and no one there to greet us. When driver arrived we had to wait an hour because of a mess up which was nothing to do with us this was 3am…
We then had to pull into a pub to wait ANOTHER 10 mins as they were trying to sort the situation out.
On the way home we had to wait another 45 mins before driver arrived. They said to ring them which we did they said they’d be with us in 10 mins waited another 35 mins.
Road to the parking is horrendous. I do not recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience with EasyUkParking. The booking process was quick and simple, and the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The parking area felt secure and well-managed. Drop-off and pick-up were smooth and stress-free. Great value for money and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended for hassle-free airport parking!
