Dynamite Clothing Arvostelua

Horrible customer service at Square One location

Loved what I bought and received it very fast

Perfect day in there

I love dynamite and the clothing. Great quality. There was a worker in the store who was very helpful and offered to get a changing room going for my while I selected more clothes.

I had about 3+ items on the counter that I was going to buy… and the manager stated that no one else was allowed in the change room. Eventually she said that I could quickly try the shirt I wanted to. They closed at 6pm and it was like 5:54pm. I get people want to get home, but the works were SO pleasant and it was the manager who made me feel so rushed and unwanted just by her demeanour and tone. Pretty surprising she is in customer service. I spent about $300 and would’ve probably added an additional dress I had tried but felt so flustered. She was so impatient and rude. Promote the other young worker. It seemed as if being in the store was the last place she would ever want to be. Find a new job NOT in customer service if that’s the case.

Very helpful and kind staff made my shopping experience exceptional.

The product fits perfectly good on me and the material is good quality

Fastest shipping of all time. Received my order within 24-hours!
Disappointed of quickly items became out of stock.
Sales prices are still high for the products and sizes are still off from most other clothing retailers.

Beaucoup de choix de robes chic . Préposé à salle d’essayage super efficace, gentille et avenante.

Such a fast delivery thank you

Super bon service

It’s been a week since I placed my order, still no tracking number received. I’ve reached out to customer service to find out the status and have had no response. This is a big company. I would expect better but their prices don’t match their quality of customer service.

I have been giving nothing but a a runaround with them i shopped for years with them but no more my daughter purchased two one hundred dollar e- gift cards and when I went yo the store there was only one called customer service they realized there mistake but they continue to tell me it takes time then ask to speak to a manager they said 48 hours tried to call head office the gentleman hung up on me told me to call customer service said they don’t deal with these issues my daughter called Amex I guess they will deal with it will never shop there again ridiculous more to the story but no one will listen
I am taking to social media to let people know since they don’t care how there business is ran and customer service is a joke ..

Very helpful staff - the lady I dealt with was great - kept checking on me to see how I was doing with the clothing I was trying on. Gave honest opinion how it looked.
Thank you
