I’ve never seen anyone be singled out amongst others at a pool and asked for an ID while peacefully swimming with their children, but Arden Collection has made this a reality. Allowing employees to wrongly discriminate against tenants is disgusting, and lacks professionalism and basic human decency.

I STRONGLY urge anyone looking to house themselves here to reconsider their decision.

A hub for racists….trying people badly and asking id from kids that are swimming

Sent me an email out of the blue thanking me for my purchase... I've never made one nor heard of them before so they are obviously sending out spam

I ordered a swim top and bottom - 2 hours later they sent me an email saying the bottoms are not available so i called to cancel - they refused. They are totally not legit. Now I have to deal with this. They are crooks!! They charge $10 for s/h which is not refundable and payment to return. UGH

Order was returned without notice. I called to follow up and they said they had an issue with my apartment number. They did not call me to confirm or follow up on this issue. They simply returned it with no explanation.

I went to the Ardene store at Portage Avenue Winnipeg Manitoba, because I was billed for an item that was never given to me. The ladies who attended to me were extremely wonderful, very courteous and pleasant. Their names are Shanelle and Makayla. Very pleasant individuals and deserve to be promoted.

Ardene's at The Bay Centre in Vic., B.C. is spacious and kept very clean, always well stocked with a beautiful assortment of costume jewelry, accessories and very fashionable clothes at an affordable price. Yash; the manager is very kind, helpful and knowledgable; the staff more than willing to assist also.

We had a very bad experience with your South Common Location in Edmonton with the manager and staff. We were paying in cash, teaching my daughter on how to spend her birthday money wisely. I did let the staff know the reason why we need to do that and I understand that if they are short on cash that i had to pay another way. But still the manager or the one who was in charge made this comment in front of my daughter “Let this be a lesson for you too that not all establishment have that kind of change”. I mean she can watch her tone next time, especially in front of kids shopping around with their parents. It was her birthday today, too bad she had to experience that kind of customer service

The manager Linh Collins at the Chilliwack BC location is a horrible person to work for as an employee.
Linh continues to be perceived as a bully with a negative attitude and treats staff disgracefully.
She has proven herself to be extremely unprofessional and talks sh@t about staff behind their backs amongst other employees and continues to breach confidentiality by disclosing personal information about employees.
Even after a lengthy email to head office, nothing has been done to make adjustments.
Staff refuse to come forward in fear for their jobs.
Arden should be ashamed of themselves for promoting such a distasteful representation of their company.

Terrible customer service on support. Like talking to a child who ignores what you say and just keeps talking about what they want. Also, choosing a shipping company that is CONSTANTLY on strike and is known for lost parcels, unreasonable delays is just a cheap cop out of taking money from customers expecting bare minimum results. Charging shipping for items lost with no updates for over 2 weeks and then making them wait over another two weeks to start an investigation… and then not respond . HORRIBLE MONEY HUNGRY SAVAGES.

Poor customer service and very easy to loose your money using this platform . Quick VIP has been the remedy so far .

J’ai effectué une commande chez Ardene lundi pour une livraison initialement prévue jeudi, je n’ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande et je n’ai même pas reçu de mail de confirmation. Lorsque je veux suivre la commande avec mon numéro sur leur site celui-ci ne trouve rien ….

Deceptive stocking practices, incompetent and lazy customer service, inability to reach anyone who will care or help when they cancel your order because the item wasn’t in stock. Unethical practices, 0 quality, horrible customer service employees.

I love that Ardene offers some natural fibres at an affordable price. But they have got to be more efficient if they want to thrive. Their website is constantly laggy and could be better optimized. App is the same. I get loading errors frequently, I can't even checkout because my bag can't be recovered. Also, shipping is really slow for this day & age, as well as for being local to Montreal, you would think it'd be quicker. Takes over a week just for it to ship.

Don’t buy from Ardene.com—they are scammers. On their website, they show clothes as being in stock, but once you make a purchase and pay for shipping, they send you an email saying most of your order is unavailable. To make it worse, they don't allow you to cancel the order. It’s a total scam.

Depuis le 24 décembre 2025, bientôt 3 mois je n’ai pas reçu ma commande en ligne et je n’ai pas été remboursée après avoir contacté plusieurs fois et envoyé des mails. Le service en ligne est extrêmement nul !

Toujours acheté en ligne mes jeans chez Ardene car Toujours et satisfaite jusqu'à dernièrement Achete une paire les portes 1 fois déchire d une poche arrière vue qu elle était en spécial en recommande une autre paire. Ce vendredi qu arrive t il , déchire d une poche arrière aussi. Pas besoin de vous dire que je suis fâchée je suis comme la plupart des gens je ne vit pas sur l or .

Order placed on January 9, 2026. I originally ordered 4 items, all of which were listed as in stock. On January 14, I received an email saying that 1 item was no longer available and that it would be deducted and refunded from the total invoice. That was disappointing, but fine — it happens.

Then February passed with no updates. The order tracking (705142796) hasn’t changed since January 23 and still states: “Delivery delayed: The goods have not been loaded and delivery will likely be delayed.”

I emailed customer service asking for an update and whether I could receive a refund since I no longer wanted to deal with the delay. I never received a reply.

It’s now March — well over 30 days — and I still have no order and no communication from the company. Customers shouldn’t have to send multiple emails just to get basic updates about an order.

At this point, I simply want a full refund. I no longer want the items. Super frustrating experience. I’ve since read many similar complaints from other customers.
