The customer service was great and the size fittings were perfect.

Have not received my refund for a return despite numerous phone calls and emails. I’ll never buy from them again

The shirt I wanted was in the store. The website said there was none in my size but there was. The only issue I find with the store is that the change rooms do not have actual door just fabric and there is always a gap.

A mohair sweater came with the magnetic security tag still attached so now I have to go in store to get it removed.

I liked the prices of the items I purchased on sale. In the description of the item, it would help if the mention of if the item runs small/large/true to size as the stuff I purchased is my regular size but when I tried them on, they actually don’t fit nicely. Also, the shorts I ordered had a black/grey stain possibly from packaging. But because these items are all final sale, I cannot exchange or return them. Next time, I will shop online for regular priced items so that I have the option of returning/exchanging.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dress and paid extra for express shipping (1–3 business days) because I needed it for an important event. It arrived too late, so I couldn’t use it.
I ended up having to buy another dress from Dynamite in person, so I essentially spent money twice because my original order didn’t arrive on time.
I contacted Dynamite and was initially told I could receive a refund on my online order, but was later told this wasn’t possible because the item was final sale. I understand the final-sale policy, but the issue was that the dress arrived late due to the shipping delay - not because of the product itself. Very frustrating experience, and something to be aware of if you’re ordering for an event or need your order by a specific date.

I’m a fashion stylist, needed 2 dresses 10 minutes before the end. Find both in short time. Fast and good service. Nice color & style for fall. Will wear them in a marriage in vermont.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way Dynamite has handled my missing package. My package was delivered to the wrong house, and customer service previously confirmed this to me. I provided proof showing the differences between the delivery location and my actual home, including the doors and brickwork. I was told that my case had been escalated on the 24th and that I would receive a response within 3–5 business days.

What’s frustrating is that I’m being told the case is still “under investigation” even though customer service has already acknowledged that the package was delivered to the wrong house. I understand that an investigation may be necessary, but there should be clearer communication and a proper resolution when there is evidence that the package was not delivered to the customer’s address. I’m still waiting for a resolution and have had to repeatedly contact customer service about an issue that should have been handled much more efficiently.

The Conestoga Mall in Waterloo has great staff! Everyone was very helpful and kind. I love my jeans!

I entered the Guildford location 10 minutes before closing and asked if they had any black satin skirt. The young lady responded by saying ‘we will be closing soon’. Very poor customer service. I did not feel welcomed.

To say the least, said young lady eagerly attended to other persons who walked in after me.

Della came from the back to attend to me, she was amazing.

The person working the fitting room was amazing and at checkout they honor my discount even though it expired by a day

I shop at Dynamite often, and spend a good amount of money here each year. I did purchase a number of items and was asking to exchange a defective product. Zero solutions from your employee, just a solid NO as tags were off. I do not return items often. The response to me was very snotty and rude. At least look at what the issue is, and give me someone to contact about it. $80 shirt, ripped and

I was greeted with a smile, and the two employees there were fantastic! I came in on a mission and found the perfect pair of pants!
