I have purchased 3 watches from Duxot with zero issues. Shipping has been great the quality has been great. I use them for daily type wear…I have some very quality Swiss and Japanese watches and still feel these are good pieces for what you pay and don’t have to worry wearing them in various daily activities.

Love the watches. Great value for the money. Only issue is when you order a watch it shipped to me from the United States. I had to return it and I had to Hong Kong. I feel thats an attempt to keep people from sending stuff back because it cost $35 to ship it back.

The watch arrived, not working. Upon researching I found this may be a common problem with Duxot watches, with the suggestion to bring the watch to a trusted jeweler to replace the battery. One, why am I immediately spending money? This said, I brought it in, replaced the battery, and it still didn’t work. Upon attempting to contact Duxot I had to email them several times before receiving a response, the initial was to “send a photo” of what was wrong. A still watch? After pushing back they sent the return information.

Substandard quality, poor customer service.

Avoid.

I’ve got two Duxots and am awaiting my third to add to the collection. These are excellent watches, not just for the price point (which is astonishing) but in general. They are Well made, extremely comfortable and keep excellent time. They are my ‘go to’ daily watch.

All the watches that I have purchased from Duxot arrive in a timely manner and the watches are... wow! They really punch way above their weight. I love the quality look of the dials, case and bracelets. Beautiful 😍

This watch should not be this good for the price. This parquet dial is nicer than any PRX. The bracelet is super comfortable. Plus it's automatic, not quartz.

The watch was lovely and the buying experience was certainly very nice as well. Rotor noise was a little excessive, but this is a sub $200 watch. Finishing was actually impressive. But the watch thickness was off; the bezel that is used is way too tall. Could have accomplished the same thing, I'm pretty sure, with a 12mm case hight. For a 3 hander she's pretty thick. Not in a good way. And be sure you're not going to want to return this watch. The company insists you return the watch to Hong Kong, not the USA distribution center in Salt Lake City, UT. I bought a couple of watches and ended to return one. The shipping to Hong Kong is almost 50% of what the watch costs. So, I gave the watch to a friend who seems to like it well enough.

I purchased a Duxot Pacifico Automatic Lapidary Limited Edition. The watch is amazing. Looks beautiful and the accuracy of this one, is 1 second per day. Delivery for me was very fast only 3/4 days. I had a small problem and Duxot sorted it out very quickly.

Boa qualidade. Mas o transportador para Portugal é a FEDEX que entende uma vezes cobrar impostos e outras vezes não. Encomendei 4 relogios e já recebi 3. Muito rapidamente. o quarto está a demorar muito tempo. No segundo relogio tive de pagar cerca de 80 euros na entrega. No primeiro e no terceiro não paguei nada na entrega. Mas recebi um aviso de pagamento de 49.26 passados mes e meio e ameaçam que vão mandar para tribunal mas nunca recebi a factura nem o entregador mencionou que tinha de pagar.

The overall quality and value for Doxot watches are among the best that I own. I own 5 Duxot watches and have over 130 watches. I am not a big fan of paying thousands more for higher end watches. Duxot gives you quality and excellent looking and working watches. I will continue to buy them.

I have purchased 5 duxot watches over the last couple of years and I am never disappointed. I consider myself a watch collector. I collect watches that make me happy. I own from Rolex to Omega to Frack Muller and of course the Duxot. So how can I compare a watch that cost less than it cost to service one of my other watches? That's easy they make me happy. The are made rock solid and they look and feel great. Their price point is the best value on watch making. Buy one and wear it a week and see if you feel the same way.

Just got my ninth Duxot!

Love the design and dial colors. The price points are mainly affordable with higher prices for the more esoteric and intricate designs, as is proper. I'm going to have to get another watch box and more winders!

Absolutely outstanding watch, all three that I have purchased thus far. I have at least 35 watches in my collection from Breitling, Omega, Tudor, Rolex, Bell & Ross, and so on. The quality of your brand is on par with them. I will always be proud to wear them.

The watch is beautiful, but the strap's quality is terrible and I had to change it, actually, of my 4 DUXOTS only 1 still has the original bracelet.

The Henri Diver Ash Grey I ordered has great build quality, timekeeping and appearance for the money.
The shipping process was reliable, informative and kept to the estimated arrival date. This was the same with my previous Duxot orders.

I have bought 4 watches from duxot. They arrive very quickly in great packaging. The quality of the watches is amazing and I have not had any issues with the watches whatsoever.

Duxot watches have great quality for the pricepoint on all their watch models.. always having sale or discounts codes is definitely an added bonus👍🏻, their different variety of models offered is always exciting to see what comes out !!
Offering free shipping to Canada is something that very few watch brands offer these days.
** One complaint would be they don’t put enough bubble wrap for Int’l shipments, and at lest 1/5 watch boxes get damaged upon opening when delivered, and extra layer would always help with this ongoing issue .

Great looking watch. So far it keeps accurate time.
Great price point too.
