The watch appearance gets 5 stars. Quality gets 2 as I have 2 different issues in 4 months. The anchor got stuck and the seconds hand is loose. Only wore it 3 to 4 times for a day the rest of the time it was behind glass

Now the 1 star. The customer service. I'm getting completely ignored now that I asked them to arrange the warranty shipment for me. The usual policy is that I need to ship it to the UK at my own expense which is not the worst. But UK is outside the EU. So I need to arrange complicated declaration forms as well hoping that stops UK and Dutch customs from re-applying taxes.

I already paid 253 euros plus 65 on tax and carrier service cost for payment of the tax in advance. For a price far over 300 euros in total I expect them to take care of me now and arrange thr warranty process with an RMA shipping label.

So far they don't.
Don't buy these super good looking watches they break and then you end up with cost and headache

I have bought several Nubeo watches over the past couple of years. They make a decent watch with some unique designs ... Nothing fancy, special or expensive. Their "special sauce" used to be LIGHTNING FAST shipment and great customer service. Fast forward to 2025 and order processing takes 1+ week shipping takes another 1 to 2 weeks ... From a distribution center in Salt Lake. None of what they are doing has the customer in mind. They have gone straight into the toilet. I could make my own watch from scratch in a shorter period of time. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NUBEO WATCH!!! Save yourself the headache and spend your money on a brand/watch that cares about you and values your business. THAT IS NOT NUBEO!!!!

The importcost are rediculous. I paid €75 for a watch worth €275. Yes they mentioned first FREE shipping and second VAT and Duties not included but maybe they can mention what those importcosts amount to! Furthermore the Ventana watch is pretty heavy and very thick. If you want to cancel or return the costs are for yourself because very cunning all these services are not on discount watches, but almost every watch is discounted a bit..

My experience with Nubeo has been the worst. This is the third time my watch has developed issues, and instead of replacing it, the company keeps forcing repairs. Their authorised dealer behaved rudely and even damaged my watch glass intentionally during service.

Despite sending multiple emails, photos, and videos, I received no proper response from Nubeo or Tata Cliq Luxury. This level of negligence and customer harassment is unacceptable, especially for a premium-priced product. I will be escalating this to the consumer forum and do not recommend Nubeo watches to anyone.

Best customer service available, the team at Nubeo have been superb, The watches are unique and brilliantly engineered, the delivery service is faster than most retailers in the UK, 3 days from Hong Kong is great.
I needed to use my 2 year warranty to resolve a problem and they were 5* in responding and excellent in resolving the issue, well done Bryan and your colleagues.
Considering we are in 2 different timezones, the customer service is the absolute best.

Got two nubeo ventana divers. Great looking, and keep pretty good time. The second hand on both watches staggers and stops a lot I guess it is a myota movement from citizen but this is weird. Maybe its a cheaper chinese mov't. Never again. One was 400 plus the second was 260, so be careful not very good quality pieces.

The watch is completely fine; I'm not giving them no stars because of it. They get 1 star because shipping was an unimaginable hassle. They didn't present enough documents as the shippers and it got stuck at customs TWICE. This is ridiculous and forced FedEx to reach out to me multiple times to resolve the hassle. This honestly makes me want my money back even though I love the watch.

Fast delivery and good quality watch. We read the bad reviews but still bought it . After receiving the watch, it was actually really beautiful. We managed to set up the watch pretty quickly, and replaced the watch band without any problems. The watch is of good quality. We don’t usually give a review , but we want to let customers know that it’s not what the bad reviews are saying against this watch. Will definitely buy one again.

Disgusting customer service. They won’t answer your emails if it is going to cost them money. They are cheap watches sold at a huge price. I had to send back 3 mavens because they didn’t work. 1 of them had a disconnected rotor arm, 1 the rotor arm was so tight it did not move. The 3rd watch just didn’t work. Then I asked for a different style watch, they charged me an extra £75 for the watch then put it on sale the following day. Reduced by £200. Disgraceful but Irrelevant as the 4th watch only worked for a month. Now they won’t answer my emails. I would not recommend them. Stick to a decent watch brand that has built trust over many years, not a solar time front harvesting money and providing no resolution to their faulty watches. They are crooks with a nice web page. If you want a Nubeo watch you are better getting an older model from EBay from a time when they made decent watches. The newer models are pumped out with cheap movements that prioritise profit over quality and profit over customer service.

I had bought a watch which broke 4 days later. The automatic movement no longer held. I find this watch really beautiful but when I wanted to send it for repair.Should I pay the entire transport costs myself

Appalling customer service, I bought a watch, it had a fault, they requested I send it away for repair under warranty. I did. It returned with the same fault. I done this 4 times. Each time it returned still faulty but with scratches to the bracelet. I asked as I am only 9 month into the warranty and the watch clearly can not be fixed by them if they would replace it. Now, they simply will not answer me, ignoring every attempt I make to contact them. So 9 month ago I bought a faulty watch they can’t fix and their answer is silence. I was a lover of the brand but now I will never buy another watch from them, and I am selling off the ones I do have. I also noticed they are using cheap Chinese movements in watches and advertising them as Japanese. Total con. Warranty isn’t worth a thing. Buy at your own risk.

I have a maven automatic watch. Unlike my other automatic watches, this watch keeps on stopping. I have it in my wrist for straight one week now but i still have to adjust the time every now and the. Its like a pc of trash. The design is nice but it doesnt function the way it should be. I called them for repair but they wont shoulder shipping. I regret buying this watch.

Beautiful watch, but the Lume/glow only last a few minutes. Very disappointing after spending almost $500.
