Duravit Arvostelua 

I bought a Duravit toilet seat that cracked under normal use. When I contacted customer service, they immediately rejected the warranty claim — without even asking for photos of the damage or proof of purchase.

Their so-called “lifetime warranty” is completely misleading. If they dismiss any issue as “misuse” without evaluating the product, then what exactly is covered?

Extremely disappointing from a brand that positions itself as premium. Not worth the price, and definitely not the service you’d expect.

Ich möchte heute meine sehr positive Erfahrung mit Duravit mitteilen: Ich hatte eine Reklamation evtl. Materialfehler und der Kundendienst hat in einer sehr netten und höflichen Art meine Reklamation bearbeitet, super schnell und mir kostenlosen Ersatz zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ich habe ein Duravit WC und muss sagen das die Keramik so schlecht ist das selbst billige noname WC aus dem Baumarkt besser sind.
Unverschämt das sowas im Fachhandel verkauft wird

Kundendienst ist eine Katastrophe. Whirlwanne, für die ich vierstellig netto bezahlt habe, wurde mit einer Undichtigkeit an einer verplombten Leitung- also ab Werk undicht - geliefert. Ich habe das Haus seit über einem Monat bezogen und Duravit weiß schon etwas länger als das von dem Defekt. Vom hochwohlgeborenen Kundendienst ward bisher weder gehört noch gesehen. Vierstellig und dann wird man ignoriert. Mein Installateur macht da zu Recht nix, weil es ein von Duravit verplombter Anschluss ist.

It's like a DIY repair service. You couldn't make it up. They appear to not have an infrastructure in place to handle issues. Buy someone else's product.

Bei mir war nach fast 3 Jahren die Absenkautomatik
Von Wc Brille defekt. Nach einem Schreiben habe ich ein Video geschickt, nach einer Woche lag eine neue Wcbrille vor der Tür. Ohne wenn und aber.
Mit der beste Service was Ich je erfahren habe.

Je suis entièrement équipé d'équipement sanitaire duravit. Produit trop cher pour la qualité qui n'est pas toujours présente. Exemple, un joint de 5 cm est abîmé sur les wc, je doit changer la lunette des toilette, montant 350 euros. Impossible de trouver une pièce, et surtout aucune réponse du sav depuis un an après plusieurs relance.

El SensoWash Duravit no es nada bueno para el precio que tiene y el servicio de post venta tampoco ayuda a mejorar la experiencia.

I contacted Duravit about a hairline crack that appeared in my duravit toilet. Although they supposedly offered a lifetime guarantee , this doesn't apply unless you register the product. Shoddy, only interested in your money. Once you pay they no longer offer any help or support. I will never use again. People should know that there is no point in paying for Duravit , they don't honour their guarantees.

Compré un inodoro Duravit y a los quince días de la instalación las gomas estancas que me venían para la instalación ya estaban rotas . Había que cambiarlas por otras..lo curioso es que por 2 euros que valen unas de calidad.la marca te da un producto de segunda cuando por un coste de nada, podrían poner algo de primera. Que la factura del inodoro rondo los 1000 eur..ya les vale!!!

Die Spülung des WCs funktionierte zuerst nicht korrekt. Zuerst war der Installateur noch zweimal erfolglos da. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Duravit Kundendienst konnte dieser das Problem dann aber schnell & unkompliziert vor Ort beheben.

wir hatten nach der Installations unseres neu erworbenen Urinals, ein kleines Problem mit der Abdeckung für die Befestigung (Plastik). Diese hing nicht ganz Plan im Loch und zeigte einen hässlich Abstand von der Kappe zum Urinal.
Nach dem Kontakt mit der technischen Beratung konnte mir aber geholfen werden.
Herr Dufour hat sich mit dem Problem befasst und hat sofort eine Lösung für das Problem gefunden. Nach kurzem Mailaustausch haben wir dann die Lösung von Herrn Dufour akzeptiert und siehe da das optische Problem ist nun beseitig.
Vielen lieben Dank für Unterstützung die nicht nur per Mail erfolgte, es wurde sogar zurückgerufen und in einem Telefonat das Problem noch einmal besprochen.
Nochmals vielen Dank Herr Dufour, machen Sie weiter so.

I've had a vanity unit from this company and despite looking after it the wood door has split within 8 months of use. Now they are saying they will not replace the unit. The company are expensive and make bathroom units that aren't water resistant. Don't waste your money with them.

Uno más a decir que esto es un producto chino de mala calidad, no es un producto alemán como presume.

En el año 2025 te ponen un mando con seis botones que para según qué cosas tienes que pulsar uno mantener otros dos pulsados y luego soltarlos en distinto orden… Te vuelves loco… claro, es normal que en un inodoro que vale 2000 € no del presupuesto para ponerle una señora aplicación que se conecte con el teléfono móvil, por ejemplo…

Además mucho cuidado, estos productos requieren de una descalcificación continua porque no están diseñados para zonas en las que hay en el agua… Cuando el incompetente que te lo vende no te lo avisa antes de facturártelo te encuentras con una máquina de crear averías de 2000 €…

Don't use this company they are a scam. I used the Regular Baths website and even though the website shows they are in Inverness they are supplying goods from China that never arrive. There is no phone number to call them and they take more money from your account than is advertised. I ordered a shower and it never arrived, and i have been chasing for two month, I have had no other choice but to try and claim back through my credit card provider. Please avoid this company all costs, if i could have given no stars I would have done.

Ich hätte besser die Bewertungen vor der Renovierung gelesen.

Wir haben uns im Rahmen einer Badezimmervollsanierung das Waschbecken mit Unterschrank von Duravit bestellt. Preislich im höheren Segment. Im Waschbecken sind ständig Streifen, was angeblich Metallabrieb ist. Die Entfernung ist schwer möglich. Der Kundendienst von Duravit, den ich anschrieb, reagiert erst gar nicht. Finger weg von dieser Marke.

Achat d un wc lavant (wc japonais).
Première panne 18 mois après, réparée après 5 mois d.attente.
Seconde panne 18 mois la première panne. Aucune réponse du Sav malgré 4 relances
